Update 1/8/24I’ve used and depended on Poop 911 for several years and they come as scheduled every week. When they leave you wouldn’t know I had dogs. I think there was one time in the last six years when a couple spots were missed. I contacted Rocco and he was there the next morning to make things right. The techs are friendly to my dogs and very pleasant, so my rating in this new year is again five stars!Update: 4/18/2020Really appreciate my tech who faithfully comes every week and leaves my yard spotless! I’ve used 2 other services with results from spotty to terrible, but I can rely on POOP 911.It is so nice to have a clean yard - especially in this heat.

They have been so responsive via text, and email. Our dog passed away in December and I emailed them to drop service to one dog. They were so quick to make the changes. Absolutely stress free! My other dog is older and we decided to end service recently. When we decided to add another fur baby we will definitely add our service back!!!

I'm not sure if he finds the cleaning tech scarey or if he's just pissed that he steals the poops he works so hard all week to create 🤷🏼♂️

Went onto their website, which was easy to use and scheduled a new weekly service for them to start coming out to clean up my two dogs waste. The website experience was good, confirmed the service and day, then the person came out on the day as described. He was very nice, professional and cleaned up perfectly. This was an all around great experience, which is saving me time and is priced well too.
