Extremely disappointing experience. I requested a quote five days ago, spoke with Laura, and submitted all the required information through the website. Despite following up, I never received a response. When I called again, Laura was dismissive and rude. I understand that the Austin location operates as a franchise, but failing to follow up on submitted information—especially personal details—is unacceptable. This is not how a business should handle customer inquiries or sensitive information.

I called and asked them to send someone back out and somehow the half of the yard was STILL untouched, and they charged me to send someone the second time. My partner called about it and they said they’d refund me. Never received a refund. Never very nice to talk to on the phone
