Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Poop 911 does a great job taking care of all the mess my five large dogs leave behind. They are reliable and thorough. They have been very diligent about ensuring that the gates are closed before they leave, which is of supreme importance to me.. They are also extremely kind to my exuberant dogs when they encounter them outdoors. I am extremely happy with their job performance.

Happy with the service. Always on time and are very thorough. They have worked for almost 6 months now and are always pro-active in informing before visits and inform if the appointments get re-scheduled due to weather.

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Besides picking up the poop they also walk Roxy and she loves her walk time. Josh does a great job with Roxy and she enjoys her walk as well.

I’m so grateful for this service! I’m currently dealing with two bulging discs in my neck, so having this help has been such a relief. The young man who comes out always does an excellent job, is very consistent with our requested schedule, and is incredibly polite and professional. It’s so nice to have a service I can depend on. Highly recommend!

Randy not only helps our family with his work but truly brightens our day. He is someone trustworthy, kind, and truly has a heart for all animals. Our yard has two massive breed dogs, chickens, and geese. He always shows up on time and when scheduled with a kind reminder text when he is not only in his way, but done. Our family loves when he comes by and he always makes us smile. He feels like part of the family and he lets us know if anything is usual with more than just the pets, but the yard too. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this service sooner and we are so thankful for his hard work and the kind soul we are greeted with every week! We are so thankful and have nothing but great things to say.

these kind young men really helped me scoop some poop!! my obese son has accidents in the yard sometimes and can't help himself ☺️🤭🤭🤭 they did a magical 🧙 job at cleaning the poop they even tried to flush out toilets! 🚽🧻👝but i prefer to only flush once aweek to save water ! 🤩🤩😎😎 thanks 💩 poop! 😍😍🥰🥰
