I have had a great experinece. They communicate very well, they clean the yard neatly and I love spray they use. It makes the yard smell so good. I have three cane corso a toddler abd pregnant so its been a big help having this service.

Poop 911 is an excellent service. They kept the schedule that we arranged and made friends with my dog. They were a big help when I needed them. Although cancelling was a bit difficult when I moved.

This is the best money spent each month from our budget. Convenient, reliable, and affordable. Do yourself a favor and gift your pets and family a clean yard weekly. My husband doesn't have to hassle with the pick up and I never have to nag about the mess or smell. It's better than therapy, ha!

AMAZING!!! It is so nice to walk in the backyard and not have to worry about “land mines!” Our 2 pups LOVE Bryan!! He is amazing and so patient and loving with them! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST service in town! I have 4 little fur babies and this has been a godsend! Owner is so communicative and my dogs absolutely LOVE when they visit. It’s so affordable and definitely worth every penny.

I am a new customer as of March 2024. So far I have to say they have been great! I hope this keeps up but as of right now I’m very satisfied with Poop 911.

In the last few months I have had many workers fail to show, arrive on the wrong day, fail to finish the job, or even ask to use my tools. In contrast, Poop 911 is always on time, always professional, and the job is always done completely. It's a joy to have a clean yard. Most importantly they are kind to my dogs and very careful to leave the gate latched.

Great service

I have three dogs that poop small, medium and large I know we could pick it up but just like everybody you say you’ll do it but you don’t and then before you know what you got more and more and more and then a lot of times the backyard smells like poop in certain spots during the summer when it’s really hot and I don’t like poop smell around my pool It’s not expensiveYou could have them come twice three times or one but twice a week for me works out great my German Shepherd is not used to anybody in the backyard yet, but the other two are just fine. You should try it when you can keep your hands clean forever.

When I mention this service to my friends, they giggle and then I explain I have two huge dogs with human-sized dung that go 1-3 times per day per dog, and then they get it. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to POOP 911! I wasn't able to walk on unleveled ground after knee surgeries and this company came to my rescue until I was able to clean up after my boy myself. Jonathan was very faithful in arriving on time; he would call and let me know when he would arrive and when he left he would text me...cannot say enough about how well he cleaned up my yard. So glad that POOP 911 is around...I may need them again and I often refer them to others as well.

I have been using poop 911 for over 3 years now. I love them. Reasonably priced, they come out every week. Most time they have dog treats. My dogs already know and will actually follow them around for treats. Lol so I will bring them in just to make it easier on the workers. I have multiple dogs. If you have issues you can reach out and customer service is great!
