Have to out a 2 star or they’ll delete my comment like they did before instead of taking accountability DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE IF YOU LIVE IN ARLINGTON OR FAIRFAX THEY ARE A SCAM I CANCELLED MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK BEFORE MY SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DONT SHOW UP WITH ANY NOTICE THEY WERENT COMING AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME, AND ADDED IN A FAKE FEE THAT ISN’T EVEN AN OPTION IN THE WEBSITE HORRIBLE customer service and horrible people there The guy came and said there wasn’t even any poop to clean up then they charged me an additional fee for “not choosing oversized yard” which isn’t even an option on the website PLUS he didn’t even check that, there’s still dog poop all over my yard and I literally saw him skip over the place my dog had JUST pooped. The customer service here is extremely rude and dismissive and just excuses their behavior. Not a single apology just excuses and blame for THEIR terrible admin work. It should be illegal to not have the option to cancel online they purposefully make it so someone in customer care has to cancel your account so they can pretend they didn’t get your email. Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. Use a different service. Idk if there’s a difference between Arlington Poop911 and North Arlington but the arlington@poop911 is TERRIBLE

I use this service 3 times a week. I couldn’t be happier. They text before they come and send pictures of your secured gate when they leave. It’s a tough job and they are great at it.

Poop 911 saves the day for our busy family! Reliable, timely, and great communication to include showing us in a text that our gate is secure after they pick up each week. Their fee is super fair and they always do a great job. They are hands down a must, if you must outsource any of your weekly home keeping needs!

Pretty darn good. Missed a spot or two but overall was happy to see the backyard look so good and be poop less. And no smell. Much better and excited to have the extra help doing it.

With two large dogs it’s so nice to have someone clean the poop up every week. Poop 911 texts me 15 minutes before arriving so I can make sure the dogs are in the house if I don’t want them out. When they leave they text me a picture of the gate being latched so I don’t have to worry about the dogs getting out.
