Fantastic service with excellent communication. This is the second home over used Poop911 for and I’ll definitely recommend to neighbors.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets used every day, the cleanup can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. That is especially true in Altoona, where Lake County’s outdoor spaces, trails, and open recreation areas make it easy for families to spend more time outside with the dogs and less time thinking about the mess underfoot. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the real-life difference between a yard that looks fine from the back door and one that is actually ready for kids, guests, and dogs to use without second thoughts.
In a place like Altoona, recurring service makes more sense than a one-time rescue mission. The area sits in Lake County, and local outdoor life often means backyards, driveways, and quick in-and-out routines that leave little room for the chore to get ahead of you. If you are stopping home between errands, heading out toward State Road 19, or just trying to keep up with a busy week, waste can build up quietly until the grass is no longer as usable as it should be. That is where a steady Pet Waste Removal schedule helps. We keep the job off your weekend list and help your yard stay ready for real use.
Altoona weather can also work against a clean yard. Warm stretches and frequent Florida moisture can make odor, soft spots, and missed waste more noticeable, especially in the parts of the yard your dog uses most. After rain, waste can be harder to spot, and once the grass starts growing, it is easy for small piles to disappear until someone steps in the wrong spot. A recurring visit helps stay ahead of that cycle. It is a simple way to keep the grass cleaner, reduce odor, and make the backyard more inviting for the whole family.
That matters whether your dogs are running along the fence line, playing near a patio, or following the same path from the door to their favorite corner of the yard. It also matters when your household uses the outside space the way many local families do, for a few minutes at a time throughout the day instead of one planned outing. We focus on the routine work that keeps the space usable, so you can spend more time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
Lake County also gives pet parents plenty of reasons to be outside, from the county’s parks and trails system to nearby community movement that keeps households on the go. A cleaner yard helps you enjoy your own space between those trips without having to do a quick scan every time the dogs come back inside. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the visits on a reliable schedule that fits real life. If you want a simple, convenient way to stay ahead of buildup and keep your outdoor space ready for the next round of play, reach out to the Altoona team and let us set up recurring service that works for your home.

Poop 911 does a great job taking care of all the mess my five large dogs leave behind. They are reliable and thorough. They have been very diligent about ensuring that the gates are closed before they leave, which is of supreme importance to me.. They are also extremely kind to my exuberant dogs when they encounter them outdoors. I am extremely happy with their job performance.

I've been using Poop911 for several years now. First in Palm Harbor and currently in Spring Hill. They do a great job cleaning up the yard after 4 dogs and are very professional. They always let me know when they're on the way and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. The service is very budget friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Poop911 to take care of the dog doo in your yard! I believe any prior negative reviews were during transfer of ownership.
