We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts picking up more daily foot traffic, pet waste can turn into one more small job that keeps getting pushed to the weekend. In Antonia, that can mean more time dodging muddy spots after a rain, more cleanup around the paths kids actually use, and less time enjoying the backyard the way it was meant to be used. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, focuses on steady, recurring help that fits real life instead of adding another chore to it.
Antonia sits in Jefferson County, where families often move between home, errands, and outdoor time on a regular rhythm. If your day runs through nearby routes and local stops, it is easy for yard work to slide until the grass is a little taller, the dogs have already been out twice, and the cleanup is no longer the quick task it was supposed to be. We built our Pet Waste Cleanup service around that reality. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so your yard gets a clean reset before the regular schedule starts doing the heavy lifting.
For many Antonia pet parents, the problem is not just the mess itself. It is the way it changes how the yard gets used. A backyard that should feel ready for play time, grill time, or just a few quiet minutes outside can start feeling off limits when waste builds up in the spots everybody walks through. That matters even more in a mixed weather pattern, because a wet stretch can leave the ground soft and messy, while a quick warm spell can make odor more noticeable before you realize it. Recurring service helps keep the grass cleaner, reduces the chance of step-in surprises, and makes the yard easier to use without having to think about it every time the door opens.
We also see how local routines shape the need for consistent service. Families heading to nearby Jefferson County parks such as River Bend Park or Sunridge Park usually want to come home to a yard that still feels pleasant to use. The same goes for busy households that are shuttling between school, work, and shopping on the county roads and major routes around the area. When cleanup is handled on a schedule, the yard stays ready for dogs, kids, and guests instead of becoming one more task waiting for a free afternoon. That is the practical value most pet parents are after, more usable backyard space with less odor and less weekend chore pressure.
Recurring Pet Waste Cleanup works best when it follows the parts of the yard that get used the most, like the back door path, the fence line, the patio edge, and any play area where dogs tend to circle back. That is the kind of real-world detail that matters in a place where weather and yard use can change week to week. After rain, the cleanup can help stay ahead of muddy tracking. During warmer stretches, it helps keep odor under control. When the grass grows faster, it keeps waste from hiding in plain sight. Those are small differences until they are the reason you can let the dog out, invite friends over, and keep moving without doing a quick scan of the whole yard first.

Liam does an excellent job! Very informative and keeps me up to date with arrival time and any delays.

when i initially signed up, i was quoted $22 once a week for my 2 dogs and my small yard. i then called to change it to every other week, and they changed it without calling me to let me know the price change. the price somehow went up to $47 for every other week- over double the price. i then called to cancel because thats just not something i can afford, and i told the lady on the phone that i would like to talk to someone first before i actually canceled. i got zero calls (again), and they canceled it. through this whole process i got zero confirmation emails (except about the tech being on their way, and confirmation about my initial sign up). they guy that did my initial cleaning was great, and he deserves five stars. liam k. i think was his name. i’m disappointed that you wouldn’t send out anything to confirm changes or call me when i ask to be called.

Terrible service they have left my gate open twice my dogs have escaped god forbid something would’ve happened to them. They also routinely will not show up due to bad weather when it will just be a dark cloud in the sky. They also change your service days around every other month. Don’t waste your money or your sanity dealing with this business. Also the owner Rachel is extremely rude & inconsiderate as you can see from her replies to all the one star reviews.

I do not know where to begin, with the superior, respectful, stellar, and prompt services I have received with the Poop 911 team members. As a person that loves and cherishes her dogs, this company exceeds my expectations in maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring that the yard in which my fur babies dwell is safe and sanitary. The owners are truly heaven-sent! They not only accommodate my needs, but their response time is IMMPECCABLE! There has not been ONCE, that I have called and there has NOT been a response! I feel confident and reassured that whatever needs I have for the servicing of my yard, they will be followed through with precision and professionalism! Please do not HESITATE in utilizing their services! You will be pleased, grateful, and reassured that the stress of cleaning your outdoor oasis is in the BEST hands of Poop 911!!

I’ve been using this service for more than three years. Great communication. Sometimes the guy misses some places but it happens. Especially if you have small dogs like mine. Overall I’d definitely recommend them and I have…They’re reasonably priced and friendly. If there is a problem the owner will make sure to investigate. Update 5/2023 apparently there is new management or a new owner…whatever is happening is a mess…no one communicates anymore…you expect them on a certain day and they just don’t show up…no calls or anything…no longer seems like a small business…starting to seem like every business around here…uncaring and all about the money…they won’t get anymore of my money…I’ve been scooping my own yard since they don’t show up every week like they say they will… 1/30/24 I haven’t seen or heard from anyone this month. I understand the begin of the month was way too cold, but no one has shown up or communicated to me what’s going on. I live in the city so maybe because they’re in St Charles they don’t want to work in the city and just don’t want to say…idk but it’s very unprofessional.

We've been customers of POOP 911 for almost three years, and have been thrilled with their service! They are very conscientious about communication and ensuring the yard is locked up again behind them. We have them come out twice a week and it's been such a relief to hand this task off.

They did a great job cleaning my yard from my little pug and giant Saint Bernards waste. I only wish they had enough staff to come twice a week because they are fabulous!

Great service and very responsive. I considered having this service for awhile but struggled with paying for it. However so worth it. They do a great job and it just makes my busy life easier. Would recommend. I have 2 large dogs and young kids who like to play in the backyard and now I don’t have to worry about the poop back there!
