Excellent service! The tech went well above what I've experienced with other services. Would get 5 stars if their notification system was better. Perhaps an email the day before service with the time window. Currently, we are getting a text a few hours before the service. Our dog is very large and very protective of his backyard. He often goes outside mid-morning. Service is so good we will adjust to the notification system. Excellent price as well.

These guys are the unsung heroes in the community. Come in, clean, and go. Yard always looks good, no more bad smell. This has been so helpful. Single parent, big yard, kids, work, and after school/work activities, just having this one chore done is such a relief. I do feel a bit bad as yard cleaning is a responsibility of pet ownership, but sure has been helpful!

We have used Poop911 for several months now and I have to say it is so nice to come outside and not have mounds everywhere. We have a German Shepherd and a Corgi and up until we started the service we hated going in the backyard. The other thing that is really nice about Poop911 is that they are reliable, communicate great and are very reasonable. We will continue using their services as long as we have dogs. Highly recommend.
