Jim has been cleaning our yard for years and he does a great job!!! Thank you!!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the backyard gets a little grimier than you planned, especially after people and pets have been in and out all week, our Avon branch makes cleanup simple. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand that a clean yard is not just about appearances, it is about making the space usable again. In Avon, where families move between neighborhood routines, errands along Avon Road and U.S. 6, and time outside near Nottingham Park, recurring service helps keep dog waste from piling up before it turns into a bigger chore.
That matters even more when you use the yard daily. If your dog has one favorite potty corner, if the kids head outside after school, or if you are trying to get the patio ready before guests come over, the mess shows up fast. Avon also sees a mix of mountain weather and changing ground conditions, so cleanup timing can get away from people quickly. One week it is dry and easy to spot, and the next week melt or moisture makes the same yard feel harder to keep on top of. That is where a steady schedule saves time and helps you stay ahead of the usual buildup.
Our pooper scooper service is built for real life, not a perfect lawn. We focus on the parts pet parents actually use most, like play areas, side yards, fence lines, and the spots that get hit first when the dog comes back inside. If you have a family routine that includes a walk or drive through town and then a quick stop at home before heading out again, regular visits keep the yard from becoming one more thing waiting on the list. That makes it easier to enjoy the space without doing a last minute scan for surprises.
Recurring service is also a smart fit in a place like Avon because outdoor time is such a big part of daily life. A cleaner yard means fewer step-in surprises, less odor, and a more comfortable space for everyone to use. It also helps when you want to sit outside for a bit after work or let the dog out without thinking twice. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is easy. After that, we keep the visits consistent so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
If you want a simple, reliable way to keep the yard ready for everyday use in Avon, we are here to help. Sign up for recurring POOP 911 service today and let our local team take the dirty part off your weekend.

The 1st 3 appointments went great. The initial free cleaning and then the following 2 appointments all went without any issues and I was very impressed and happy with the service. I was even telling friends and family how great the poop911 service is and starting to refer people to the service. But then the past 2 weeks no one showed up to do the yard and I didn't receive any phone calls or emails stating why they didn't come out. The cleanings were scheduled on my account portal online but no one contacted me and no one showed up. I don't owe any money or anything. I tried calling and I left 2 voicemails so far and still no one has returned my calls. I am having a Barbeque tomorrow and now I have to go out and clean 2 weeks worth of dog poop from my yard because I can't get a hold of anyone at poop911 to even find out what's going on. They need better customer service! I will post an update when I finally hear back but this is unacceptable...

Excellent customer service from national headquarters relating my immediate need to the franchisee handling my rural new home location. He called me the next day and made the trip to my rural property quickly several hours away for yard cleanup before I moved into my just purchased house. The snow had melted and there was a lot of dog droppings from the seller’s dogs. Great experience.

Dan and his crew are the best! They not only seek and search for all the poop in the yard, but they also grab some elk/deer poop as an extra bonus. They are so professional, their communication is outstanding, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

This poop service is the only one in Eagle county, but that’s not why I’d recommend them. I’d recommend them because they show up every week, promptly, regardless of weather, temperature and staff shortages. They do an incredibly thorough job and are friendly, accommodating and responsive. Plus you can pay, book and communicate easily online for all service changes or additions. Fabulous fabulous company. They even mentioned a broken bottle in the yard that they’d meticulously hand picked up to keep my pets and kids safe. Above and beyond kind of service!!!!

POOP 911, figuratively and literally removes the downside of dog ownership! It's a luxury but well worth the upside. They are great communicators of their arrival time and thorough in the removal. I love that it is a family business too. Would highly recommend to anyone.
