Good service, great technicians, good price. You'll love having a poop free yard (and so will your meighbors). Techs inform me if their arrival and departure for my convenience. Love this service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the backyard starts getting regular use, pet waste can turn a good patch of grass into one more thing on the weekend list. Around Bedford Corners, where families often balance yard time with trips through Bedford Road and into the hamlets nearby, that cleanup can feel easy to put off until it is suddenly hard to ignore. That is where the local POOP 911 branch comes in, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, with recurring service built to keep the yard ready for real life.
If your dog is out there after school, before dinner, and again once the weather is nice, the waste adds up faster than most people expect. That matters in a place like Bedford, where town parks such as Bedford Hills Memorial Park, Bedford Village Memorial Park, and Katonah Memorial Park give families plenty of reasons to spend time outside and then come home wanting the same kind of clean space in the yard. Our service helps keep the grass more usable, cuts down on odor, and makes it easier to enjoy the backyard without scanning the lawn every few steps.
For a lot of pet parents here, the biggest challenge is not one big mess, it is the steady buildup that happens between work, errands, practices, and everything else that fills the week. In mixed weather, a yard can go from fine to muddy, damp, or just plain messy fast, and that is especially true when dogs track through the same play area over and over. We focus on the parts of the yard that matter most, like the main dog run, the back fence line, and the spots kids use to play, so the space stays more comfortable for the whole household.
Recurring Pet Waste Cleanup is a simple fit for that kind of routine. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, then we keep coming back on schedule so you do not have to keep resetting the chore in your head. That consistency matters when you are trying to get the yard ready before guests arrive, keep a patio area cleaner, or just make it easier to let the dog out without thinking twice. It is one less thing to juggle, and it helps families spend quality time outside, footloose and worry-free.
We also know that trust comes from showing up when we say we will and doing the job the same careful way each visit. That is why Bedford Corners pet parents use us for a practical routine, not a one-time rescue mission. If you want fewer step-in surprises, less odor in warm weather, and a cleaner backyard that feels ready for family use, schedule recurring service with POOP 911 today. We will help keep your yard in shape so you can get back to the good part, time outside with the people and pets you love.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The website offers a bait and switch promotion, offering a free first week if you sign up for weekly service. Their website boasts “ There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee”. However if you try to cancel your weekly service, they tell you that THERE IS A THREE MONTH COMMITMENT and if you cancel before three months, they “adjust the cost” to their one time service rate, to the tune of nearly $200 for a single visit. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

I have had the Poop 911 service for over two years. The cleaner comes weekly and takes care in walking a fairly large fenced yard and cleans it efficiently. I haven't had a problem with their work. This is one less thing I need to worry bout in my busy schedule.

We got over charged by over 400 and got half of it reimbursed. We were getting the run around from the company and the local scooper (?) 2 years later we now are getting pestered that we owe money (EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THEY OWED US!) and are threatening to send to collections. Bad bad bad. This business stinks (pun intended)

Poop 911 was a great investment for us because we have three dogs. At the beginning we had a little problem we were getting charged and the person wasn’t showing up. Let’s say they were fired. Invest in the Ring that is how we discovered it. Months have gone by everything is great being charged three times a week like clockwork until I want to stop service for the winter and resume in the spring. Out of nowhere I see a charge for $500 from the company saying these are back charges from visits. An argument began because my accounts showed they were paid on a regular basis. So now my bank is handling this faulty charge. It’s too bad to we really liked working with them. Postponing for a couple months and they charge me unacceptable it doesn’t say anywhere that I would be charged. No we are going to be looking for a new company in the spring.
