Today I went online to see if a dog waste removal service would be affordable for my family. I found this service and so I decided to click around to get a quote. Of course, like many company websites, they want you to give them all your contact information just to see rates. I hadn't even finished filling the thing out yet (because I was talking with my wife about what she wanted to do), and in that span of time I received TWO texts, TWO emails, and a CALL from the company just to tell me I haven't checked out yet and to offer their help. For crying out loud, it's been like an hour since I entered that info. And I'm already being stalked. Chill out you guys- customers hate this kind of thing. It does not make us want to hire you. I don't want to not hire this business because of something that may seem kind of petty, but when businesses are obnoxious and aggressive like this, it doesn't entice me. I'm sure they do great work but even before hiring them I'm already getting a bad impression.Just leave people be. If you want to send out a "what happened?" email a week later, fine. Makes sense. I would even do that with my business. But being emailed and texted and called before I even get out of my chair is nuts. Stop doing that.P.S. THEY CALLED ME AGAIN LOL. This time I answered and asked the rep if she could pass on my complaint. I can't believe I got two texts, two emails, and two calls in a single day simply because I hadn't yet checked out.
