Extremely disappointing experience. I requested a quote five days ago, spoke with Laura, and submitted all the required information through the website. Despite following up, I never received a response. When I called again, Laura was dismissive and rude. I understand that the Austin location operates as a franchise, but failing to follow up on submitted information—especially personal details—is unacceptable. This is not how a business should handle customer inquiries or sensitive information.

They are so reliable! Shout out to Mark who is super thorough!! They are also all great about making sure the gates are closed when they come and go. This is a very "set it and forget it" business. Had the first visit and the guy missed half the yard. I called and asked them to send someone back out and somehow the half of the yard was STILL untouched, and they charged me to send someone the second time. My partner called about it and they said they’d refund me. Never received a refund. Never very nice to talk to on the phone

Like the job is not hard. How can you be bad at picking up dog crap?… will NOT use again and strongly advise against anyone else using this joke of a franchise

Had a bit of an experience with a tech not coming out for a few weeks- partially due to my own fault. The team lead was quick to make things right and was extremely gracious and kind even though I had my own fault in the scenario. This service is incredibly appreciated for a homeowner with 3 dogs.
