POOP 911 is the best! They are extremely dependable. They come out to clean my yard in the pouring rain, extreme temperatures and mountains of snow and ice. With 2 large dogs there are always "meadow muffins" and POOP 911 is diligent making sure they get every dropping. I really like this company but they don’t communicate very well anymore. Since they have changed the person who cleans up my poop the company just doesn’t accommodate or help with questions. For example I have sent text messages in regards to why poop is being cleaned up under snow. NO RESPONSE FOR WEEKS!! They show up every week and clean up poop just really wish the communication piece was better. Other than that they are great. Thank You
