Fantastic service with excellent communication. This is the second home over used Poop911 for and I’ll definitely recommend to neighbors.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
After a wet stretch, the back yard can turn into one more thing on the weekend list, especially when dogs keep tracking through the same spots. That is where our Brooksville, Florida Pooper Scooper Service comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we keep the cleanup simple so your yard stays ready for real life, not just the chore list. In a place like Brooksville, where the city has parks and trails families actually use, it helps to have a backyard that is just as ready for play as the rest of your routine.
For a lot of pet parents here, the issue is not one big mess. It is the steady buildup that sneaks in between school runs, errands, and evening dog breaks. Brooksville sits in a warm, rainy part of Florida, and NOAA tracks local climate data for the Brooksville Hernando County Airport station, so it is fair to expect frequent yard moisture and fast grass growth to play a role in how quickly waste becomes harder to notice and easier to step in. That is one reason recurring service makes sense, it keeps the yard cleaner before the mess gets ahead of the routine.
If your family uses the yard after work, before dinner, or right before guests come over, cleanup timing matters. We help keep those high-use spots in better shape, whether that is the area near the patio, the fence line, or the section the dogs always claim first. That kind of regular attention can mean fewer step-in surprises, less odor in warm weather, and more usable backyard space when you want to be outside with the kids, the dog, or both. Brooksville’s park system includes places like Tom Varn Park, Russell Street Park, and Hernando Park, all of which point to how much local families value outdoor time. A cleaner home yard makes that everyday outdoor habit easier to enjoy.
We also keep the service practical. If you have a gate, side yard access, or a preferred cleanup zone, recurring visits can be set up to fit the way your property actually works. That matters on busy weeks when you are moving through town for appointments, pickups, or errands and do not want one more task hanging over the weekend. Brooksville’s city pages note that the area includes a busy business section with shopping centers, so a dependable service schedule is a real help when home and drive time already take up the day.
Our goal is simple, to help you spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep showing up on schedule so you do not have to think about what got missed after the last rain or how much has built up since the dogs have been out there every day. If you want cleaner grass, less chore pressure, and a backyard that feels easier to use, sign up with the Brooksville team today and let us keep the cleanup handled in a way that fits your routine.

Poop 911 does a great job taking care of all the mess my five large dogs leave behind. They are reliable and thorough. They have been very diligent about ensuring that the gates are closed before they leave, which is of supreme importance to me.. They are also extremely kind to my exuberant dogs when they encounter them outdoors. I am extremely happy with their job performance.

Very thorough walking through of property. Excellent communication. The online sign-up was a little bumpy between the automated messaging and automated phone call. But signing up worked out in the end. Great service for pet owners!

I've been using Poop911 for several years now. First in Palm Harbor and currently in Spring Hill. They do a great job cleaning up the yard after 4 dogs and are very professional. They always let me know when they're on the way and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. The service is very budget friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Poop911 to take care of the dog doo in your yard! I believe any prior negative reviews were during transfer of ownership.

I am very disappointed with this service. I had an initial appointment on 1/21/2025. And I didn’t hear from anyone all day, so I called the 800 number and had to leave several messages. It has been almost a week and still no contact. I called the local New Port Richey location and a man referred me to my local person who acted if my busy wasn’t needed and basically didn’t care that I was cancelling service. So, I assume that this company has so many clients that they don’t need anymore. I called Doody Calls 800 number and an actual human answered and was able to help me.

I have tried to be patient, but this company does not believe in customer service. You can call the corporate all you want, and they say they will pass on "an urgent message because this is not how we treat our clients." I had an initial service scheduled for Monday, March 25th. No one showed up. I called them when I got back from vacation, and no one returned my call. I thought I'd give them another chance. So I made an appointment for 4/8. Guess what?! No one showed up, and they don't return calls. Probably a scam company. I'd love to know how the people they're getting 4-star reviews from actually got them to come to their house.

We signed up for the service two weeks ago. The first service was supposed to be 2/10 and no one showed up. We tried calling the next day and the corporate number keeps telling us they will send an urgent message. The second service was for 2/17 and no one has showed up. Now our portal shows no services scheduled. This company is a complete SCAM. BEWARE!!!!!
