Wonderful work and very professional as well as personable.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the backyard starts getting used every day, pet waste can pile up faster than most busy households expect. That is especially true in the Brookville area, where changing weather can turn a normal yard into one that needs a little extra attention after rain, warm stretches, leaf cover, or a quick burst of fast grass growth. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on the simple stuff that makes a real difference, like keeping the yard cleaner, cutting down on odor, and helping you avoid those annoying step in surprises.
If your routine looks anything like a family trying to get kids, dogs, and dinner all lined up at the same time, recurring cleanup can save a lot of weekend friction. We help keep the high use parts of the yard ready for whatever comes next, whether that is a quick run outside before work, a play session after school, or time on the patio when guests stop by. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives you a fresh start without having to wrestle with a messy first round on your own.
Recurring service works well because dogs usually return to the same favorite bathroom spots, along fence lines, near gates, or in the corners of the yard that get the most traffic. If waste is left to sit through wet weather or warm afternoons, odor can build up and the grass can become less pleasant for people and pets to use. We handle the steady upkeep so your yard stays more usable for family time, and so you can spend more time outside without feeling like the cleanup list is always waiting on you.
That practical rhythm matters in a place like Brookville because pet parents often want the same thing from their yard, a space that is ready for play, quick breaks, and low stress everyday use. If you are coming home from errands, corralling the dog after a muddy stretch, or trying to keep the patio cleaner before weekend plans, a dependable pooper scooper service keeps one small job from turning into a regular headache. We make scheduling simple, show up on a recurring basis, and help you stay ahead of buildup so the yard feels more welcoming for people and pets alike. If you want less weekend chore pressure and a cleaner outdoor space, set up recurring POOP 911 service today and let us help keep your Brookville yard footloose and worry-free.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Client for 8 yrs or more, they have my ph# to call, text or email. My sister's tiny dog visited for a week. They SUSPEND my account because there is a 3rd dog? No call, text, email? Very poor business sense! Looking for another service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

This service is a life saver for busy dog parents! I have a temporary fence up currently and they have had no problem unhooking it to get in my yard to do cleanup. Well worth the money!!!

My yard was terrible from the winter and they came and cleaned it up so fast and it looked great

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.

The woman who comes to clean our yard always does a great job! They send texts and emails to let me know when they're on the way. My dogs have been out a handful of times when she arrives and she's always so sweet to them. The price is affordable as well!

They show up when they say they will and I have a nice clean yard afterwards. If weather prevents them from coming, e.g. weather, they contact and let me know when they will come.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me $60.00 for the first visit, have only serviced my yard about 4-5 times, tops. They do not remove the waste for you, they leave it on your property. I requested 3 times to have the dog waste left outback instead out front of my house. After the fourth time, I sent an email asking why this simple task had not been completed. The email I had received gave no explanation and said they thought it would be best to close my account. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co worker uses a company that does what you ask the first time and removes waste from your property.
