We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Keeping up with dog waste can turn into one more chore on a busy week, especially when the yard is getting regular use and the dogs seem to find the same favorite spot every time. Our Chardon POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how much cleaner the yard feels when the mess is handled before it becomes part of the weekend plan. We help pet parents in and around Chardon keep their outdoor space ready for everyday life, not just when company is coming over.
That matters most when your routine is already full. A family getting home from errands, kids heading out to play, or a homeowner trying to stay ahead of repeated cleanup after wet weather can all run into the same problem. Waste builds up fast, odors linger in warmer stretches, and muddy paw traffic makes things worse when dogs track through the patio or back door. Recurring dog waste removal takes that pressure off your plate and gives you a cleaner yard without having to think about it every few days.
We focus on the parts of the yard that actually get used, like fence lines, side yards, play areas, dog runs, and those favorite bathroom spots pets seem to claim for themselves. If your home has a gate that needs to stay closed, a side entrance that gets the most foot traffic, or a patio where people gather after work, regular service helps keep those spaces more comfortable. In a place like Chardon, where mixed weather can mean rain one week and fast grass growth the next, waste can disappear into the lawn before you notice how much has collected.
Recurring service is a simple way to stay ahead of that buildup. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the schedule moving so the yard stays usable. That can mean less odor in warm weather, fewer step-in surprises, and less weekend chore pressure when you would rather spend time outside than chasing down every missed pile. It is a practical fit for pet parents who want cleaner grass and a backyard that feels ready for family time, not like a project waiting at the edge of the deck.
We keep the process straightforward because convenience matters. Our team shows up on a regular schedule, handles the cleanup with care, and helps make your yard footloose and worry-free for the people and pets using it. If you want a cleaner space for cookouts, play time, or just a quick break outside after a long day, POOP 911 makes it easier to keep up. Sign up for recurring dog poop pick up services in Chardon, Ohio, and let us help keep your yard cleaner, your routine lighter, and your family time outside a lot more enjoyable.

Great service. We've used this service for around 3 years now and we wouldnt use anyone else. Our technician, Bob, is great. He is really thorough and enthusiastic about his job. When he has met the dogs in the backyard, he gives them some love and seems to genuinely care. The admin team are always super helpful and responsive too. They sent their condolences after we lost one of our dogs, they really do go above and beyond for their customers. Would highly recommend.

Poop911 has been an absolute game changer for our household. They clean up both of my dogs’ poop every week, which is something I honestly never want to think about anymore. They are incredibly efficient, always on time, and very responsive if you ever need to reach out. I’m especially impressed that they still show up even on holidays, inclement weather and no skipped weeks. I also shopped around before choosing them, and other companies wanted way more for the same service. They deliver great value without cutting corners. I can’t recommend them enough!
