The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets busy after school, after errands, or right before company comes over, pet waste has a way of showing up at the worst time. In Colonie, where families use their yards around places like The Crossings of Colonie and along the town’s bigger road corridors, it helps to have a cleanup plan that keeps the grass usable instead of turning into one more weekend project. That is why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, with service built around the real rhythms of everyday yard life.
We see a lot of homes where the backyard is not just a backyard. It is the dog run, the kid play zone, the spot for a quick cookout, and the place everyone wants to step into without looking down first. In a town with a lot of active outdoor space and regular family traffic, recurring service makes more sense than waiting until the mess piles up. It keeps the lawn cleaner, helps reduce odor, and gives you fewer step-in surprises when the weather warms up or the grass starts moving fast.
Colonie households are often juggling pickup lines, shopping trips, and time on the move, so yard chores usually need to be simple. A regular visit from POOP 911 takes one more thing off the list and helps keep the most-used parts of the yard ready for actual use. If your dog spends time near the fence line, the patio, or the route from the side gate to the back door, that is where recurring cleanup pays off the most. It is practical, predictable, and easy to keep on a schedule.
Local weather and yard conditions matter too. Around here, wet stretches can leave the lawn softer underfoot, and when the grass grows quickly, waste can be easier to miss until it becomes a bigger job than it should be. That is where regular service helps you stay ahead of buildup instead of reacting to it. In neighborhoods and service areas across the Town of Colonie, that kind of upkeep can make the difference between a yard you avoid and a yard you actually use.
Our team keeps the process straightforward. We come out on a recurring basis, focus on the areas your pets use most, and help keep the space ready for family time, dog time, and everything in between. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without turning your first visit into a bigger commitment than it needs to be. From there, we stay consistent so you do not have to keep thinking about it.
If you want a cleaner yard, less weekend chore pressure, and a reliable way to stay ahead of the mess, schedule Colonie, New York Pet Waste Removal with POOP 911. We will help keep your outdoor space more footloose and worry-free, so you can spend more of your time outside with family, friends, and your dogs.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
