This was my first (and last) service. Nobody showed up. I was sent a text saying that they were on their way and then soon after received a paid invoice stating they did the work. Total waste of time. Funny thing is, I cleaned the yard this weekend and purposely left 2 piles today just so I didn't cancel last minute. I'm done. I need a refund and to cancel all future services. I called and nobody answered. This was the google link to review in my email. Yes, I am in Chicago so I would reach out to them and ask why they are using your information. Maybe it's fraud, it seems like this company is horrible. Poop 911 Concord is on my credit card receipt.
