Fantastic service with excellent communication. This is the second home over used Poop911 for and I’ll definitely recommend to neighbors.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Warm afternoons, steady rain, and busy backyard routines can make pet waste pile up faster than most families expect. That is why our Crystal River branch keeps Dog Poop Clean Up simple for local pet parents, with a convenient recurring service that helps you stay ahead of the mess without adding another chore to the weekend. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we know the difference a cleaner yard makes when the dogs want out, the kids want to play, and the patio needs to stay usable.
In Crystal River, a yard can go from fine to frustrating quickly after a wet spell, especially when grass stays damp and waste gets easier to miss. The city’s official parks and recreation pages show how much outdoor life centers around places like Kings Bay Park, Hunter Springs Park, and the Kings Bay Riverwalk, and that same love of being outside shows up at home too. When the backyard is the main hangout, even a few skipped cleanups can turn into odor, sticky shoes, and a lot of extra cleanup later.
Our recurring visits are a good fit for families getting ready for a weekend cookout, pet parents managing kids and dogs after school, or anyone who wants to spend less time watching where they step. We focus on the parts of the yard that matter most, like the play area, the fence line, the side yard, and the spots dogs keep returning to. That kind of routine is especially helpful in a place where outdoor time can happen year round, because the first signs of buildup are often smell and mess, not just visible waste.
Crystal River also has the kind of daily traffic that makes a clean yard more than a nice extra. If you are coming and going near US 19 and Suncoast Boulevard, heading downtown, or making a stop near the waterfront and recreation areas, it is easy to let cleanup slip until the yard feels like one more thing on your list. We help take that off your plate with a schedule that fits real life, so your yard is ready for family time, quick potty breaks, and last minute company without the “not today” feeling.
Best of all, your first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. After that, we keep the schedule steady so you do not have to keep restarting the process every time the lawn gets out of hand. If you want cleaner grass, fewer step-in surprises, and less odor in warm weather, our Crystal River team is ready to help. Set up recurring service with POOP 911, and let us keep the yard footloose and worry-free for your family and your dogs.

Poop 911 does a great job taking care of all the mess my five large dogs leave behind. They are reliable and thorough. They have been very diligent about ensuring that the gates are closed before they leave, which is of supreme importance to me.. They are also extremely kind to my exuberant dogs when they encounter them outdoors. I am extremely happy with their job performance.

I've been using Poop911 for several years now. First in Palm Harbor and currently in Spring Hill. They do a great job cleaning up the yard after 4 dogs and are very professional. They always let me know when they're on the way and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. The service is very budget friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Poop911 to take care of the dog doo in your yard! I believe any prior negative reviews were during transfer of ownership.

Very thorough walking through of property. Excellent communication. The online sign-up was a little bumpy between the automated messaging and automated phone call. But signing up worked out in the end. Great service for pet owners!
