The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
If your backyard cleanup is slipping behind between school runs, errands, and weekend plans, our Delmar, New York pooper scooper service can help keep the yard ready for actual use. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the difference a clean lawn makes when the kids want to be outside and the dog wants to be out there too. In this part of town, that matters even more when the weather turns damp and the yard starts holding onto mess a little longer than you want it to.
Delmar sits within the Town of Bethlehem, and that gives a lot of local pet parents a very practical routine to juggle. A quick trip down Delaware Avenue, a stop near the parks office on Elm Avenue, or a Saturday visit to Elm Avenue Park can all turn into a full day before you know it. When the yard is supposed to be the easy part of home life, recurring cleanup keeps it from becoming one more thing waiting at the end of the day. That is where our service fits in, with reliable visits that stay ahead of buildup instead of chasing it after the fact.
When families use the backyard daily, a little waste adds up fast. Grass grows, dogs keep moving, and what looked manageable on Monday can feel like a chore by Friday. In Delmar, where everyday routines often stretch between home, school, and local recreation, recurring cleanup helps keep the yard ready for play, a quick walk out the back door, or an unplanned get together without that constant mental note about cleaning first. It is a simple way to protect your time and make the yard feel usable again.
We focus on the parts of the yard that matter most to pet parents, like high traffic play areas, side yard paths, fence lines, and the spots dogs hit first after they come back inside. That practical approach is useful when the weather is mixed and cleanup timing gets inconsistent. Wet ground can make waste harder to stay on top of, and warm stretches can make odor more noticeable. Regular visits help reduce step in surprises, cut down on the smell that builds in warmer weather, and keep your outdoor space more pleasant for family time. It also means the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is easy.
Our goal is to make the service feel like one less errand on your list. You do not need to plan your week around the yard or wait until the situation gets out of hand. We keep the schedule steady, handle the cleanup with care, and help you stay ahead of the mess so the backyard is ready when you are. That is especially helpful for pet parents who want a cleaner patio, a more comfortable play area, or just fewer weekend chores eating into family time.
If you are near Elm Avenue Park, around the routes that carry daily traffic through Delmar, or simply trying to keep your own yard in better shape without giving up your Saturday, we are ready to help. Our Delmar team makes recurring service easy, dependable, and built for real yard life. Reach out today to start service and enjoy a cleaner yard, less pressure, and more footloose and worry free time outside with the people and pets you love.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
