Excellent service and my dogs LOVE Chris! Highly recommend!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Dog waste has a way of piling up fast when the yard gets used every day, especially around favorite bathroom spots, fence lines, side yards, and the stretch of grass where kids and dogs keep looping back through. That is why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we keep the focus on simple, reliable cleanup that fits real routines in the Doylestown area.
If you are trying to keep up with daily pet life, recurring cleanup can make a big difference. A busy commuter household coming home from errands, a family getting the backyard ready for a cookout, or a homeowner with multiple dogs using the same patch of grass can all run into the same problem, waste builds faster than most people expect. In mixed weather and inconsistent cleanup timing, it only takes a few skipped days for odor, muddy paw traffic, and step-in surprises to become part of the routine. Regular service helps keep the grass cleaner and the outdoor space easier to use.
We keep the service practical. That means checking the areas dogs actually use, staying consistent with the schedule, and helping reduce the buildup that tends to show up after rain, heat, leaf cover, or a stretch of fast grass growth. It also means making it easier for you to open the back door, let the dogs out, and not have to scan the yard first. For pet parents in and around Doylestown, that kind of routine can turn the yard back into a place for play instead of a place for another chore.
Recurring service is especially helpful when the yard gets used for family time. If you want the patio, play area, or backyard to feel ready for guests, the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that the schedule keeps the mess from getting ahead of you. We work to keep things convenient and dependable, so you can spend more time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you want less odor, fewer step-in surprises, and more usable outdoor space, our Doylestown, Ohio dog poop service is ready when you are. Reach out today to set up recurring service and let us take care of the dirty part.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like I need to on this one. I hired Charlotte Poop 911 recently and was charged their new, higher prices, expecting better service. Unfortunately, the tech was at my house for about 10 minutes and left — and didn’t pick up most of the piles in my yard. For a service that now costs significantly more than before, that was not acceptable. They raised their prices but didn’t deliver the quality that should come with it. I’ve already requested a refund for this visit and asked for a different tech going forward — I shouldn’t have to worry about all the dog poop still sitting in my yard after paying top dollar. Not the experience I expected. Hopefully they fix this, because right now the price increase feels like a cash grab without accountability.

We have been using this company for 2 years. Now all of the sudden they're charging us a fee when the weather is bad and they can't come out but they're still charging us a service fee. I'm not even sure what kind of a service fee you would charge for not doing your job. Now because of the weather they couldn't come for 2 weeks and they're not only charging us the service fee but they're also charging us $50 to clean up for 2 weeks because of the "EXTRA" waste in the yard. Well guess what locking my card you won't get a dime from me. Canceling this company and going with somebody a lot more professional and better priced. Poop 911 should be ashamed of themselves. They should look at their customers needs and not what they decide all of the sudden they want to freaking charge. I read their entire website and there is nothing on their website that says if they have to cancel due to whether they still would charge a fee. Never did it in the past but now all of a sudden that's what we're doing. Sadly their technicians are all really nice and have been really good to us. The last one we had was never here for more than 2 minutes and definitely skipped things but I was willing to overlook that but not anymore. I always leave a tip for them and a Christmas gift for them so that's who I feel sorry for. They all should walk off and go with a better company. I'm canceling poop 911. We've gone through so many technicians because they either quit or got fired. Not sure how you get fired from a company that you just scoops poop out of yards. What could you possibly do wrong to get fired. I absolutely do not recommend this company in any way shape or form.
