Great service at a reasonable price. It’s easy to change scheduling with a simple email to the company. When my dogs are out the workers are friendly and give them treats. All of the employees have been great and helpful.

The service is great. We have two big dogs, and we just did not have the time to pick up the yard after them each week. The technician followed the instructions we provided when scheduling the service for how to contact us and how to access our yard. They are very thorough with the pick up. They leave the trash bag where we need so it is easy for us to dispose of, and they correctly secure our yard so our dogs cannot escape. The only area for improvement I can provide at this time is I wish the time the technician arrived was more consistent; sometimes they arrive before 9 am, and sometimes it is much later in the day. This is not an inconvenience for us at all, but some customers might need more consistency. Overall, we are very pleased with the service, and our backyard is usable again on the weekends. We will definitely continue to use this service.

This was my first visit with POOP911. I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons. One was it would have been nice to have a 2 hour window of when to expect my scooper. That way I could make sure I was actually awake. As it was I was in the backyard in my PJ’s when he arrived at the front door. By the time I got the notification he was nowhere to be found. After looking around, which included me going in the front yard in PJ’s, I found him in my BACKYARD! One way to improve this would be a detailed, “what can you expect” before your first visit. I also got the notification he was going to arrive after he was already there. So, as far as how he did? I would say very good except a small area that was missed. I would recommend this business.
