Jim has been cleaning our yard for years and he does a great job!!! Thank you!!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting steady use, the mess tends to show up faster than most pet parents expect. That is especially true in Eagle, where a busy family routine can mean the dogs are out again before you have even finished the last chore. The Eagle POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why cleanup can slip to the bottom of the list. Our Pooper Scooper Service is built to keep the yard usable without adding another task to your weekend.
Eagle is a town of 7,349 people, and a lot of households here are managing real life on the move, school drop offs, errands, work, and then a backyard that still needs attention. With county maintained roads and trail connections helping people move around town, it is easy for yard cleanup to become the one thing that waits until Sunday. That is where recurring service makes sense. We help keep the grass cleaner, reduce odor, and cut down on those little step-in surprises that can ruin a good pair of shoes or a relaxed afternoon outside.
For many homes in Eagle, the yard is not just a patch of grass. It is where the dog runs first thing in the morning, where kids cut across after school, and where the patio becomes the place everyone ends up when the weather is nice. Our service focuses on the parts of the property that get the most use, like play areas, fence lines, side yards, and the route from the door to the backyard. That practical approach helps keep the space ready for family time instead of feeling like another chore waiting at the edge of the lawn.
Recurring cleanup is especially useful when the ground starts changing with the season. In Colorado mountain towns, weather can swing from dry stretches to muddy messes and back again, and that kind of inconsistency makes it easy for waste to disappear into the grass or get tracked around before anyone notices. A regular schedule helps you stay ahead of buildup instead of trying to catch up after the yard has already gotten away from you. It is a simple way to keep the outdoor space more comfortable for dogs, kids, and guests.
If your routine takes you past Eagle County maintained roads on the way home, you already know how quickly a full day can disappear. The same thing happens in the yard. One busy week turns into two, and then the cleanup feels bigger than it should. We make it easier to stay ahead of it with dependable visits, and the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. That way you can get started without adding pressure to an already packed week. If you want a cleaner yard and more footloose and worry-free time outside, schedule POOP 911 service today and let us keep the routine moving.

The 1st 3 appointments went great. The initial free cleaning and then the following 2 appointments all went without any issues and I was very impressed and happy with the service. I was even telling friends and family how great the poop911 service is and starting to refer people to the service. But then the past 2 weeks no one showed up to do the yard and I didn't receive any phone calls or emails stating why they didn't come out. The cleanings were scheduled on my account portal online but no one contacted me and no one showed up. I don't owe any money or anything. I tried calling and I left 2 voicemails so far and still no one has returned my calls. I am having a Barbeque tomorrow and now I have to go out and clean 2 weeks worth of dog poop from my yard because I can't get a hold of anyone at poop911 to even find out what's going on. They need better customer service! I will post an update when I finally hear back but this is unacceptable...

Excellent customer service from national headquarters relating my immediate need to the franchisee handling my rural new home location. He called me the next day and made the trip to my rural property quickly several hours away for yard cleanup before I moved into my just purchased house. The snow had melted and there was a lot of dog droppings from the seller’s dogs. Great experience.

Dan and his crew are the best! They not only seek and search for all the poop in the yard, but they also grab some elk/deer poop as an extra bonus. They are so professional, their communication is outstanding, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

This poop service is the only one in Eagle county, but that’s not why I’d recommend them. I’d recommend them because they show up every week, promptly, regardless of weather, temperature and staff shortages. They do an incredibly thorough job and are friendly, accommodating and responsive. Plus you can pay, book and communicate easily online for all service changes or additions. Fabulous fabulous company. They even mentioned a broken bottle in the yard that they’d meticulously hand picked up to keep my pets and kids safe. Above and beyond kind of service!!!!

POOP 911, figuratively and literally removes the downside of dog ownership! It's a luxury but well worth the upside. They are great communicators of their arrival time and thorough in the removal. I love that it is a family business too. Would highly recommend to anyone.
