Great service and they always make sure all gates are closed so my pups don’t get loose!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in Folsom get used a lot, and the mess can show up fast when kids, dogs, and daily routines all overlap. If you want the yard ready for play, not for cleanup, POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so the service is built around the way real yards get used here. In a city with many parks and trails, from the City of Folsom's parks and open space to the Johnny Cash Trail, it is easy for dog waste to become one more thing that sneaks up between errands, school runs, and weekend plans.
That is where regular Pet Waste Removal makes life simpler. When the yard is getting used after school, before dinner, or right before guests show up, the last thing anyone wants is to scan the grass first. In Folsom, where the city maintains extensive trails and open space and families often move between home time and outside time quickly, recurring cleanup helps keep the high use parts of the yard more comfortable to walk, play, and relax in.
We focus on the practical details that matter in a real home. That can mean keeping up with the side yard, the fence line, the patch the dog prefers, or the small play area where everyone tends to gather. For households near major daily routes like Folsom Boulevard or the Historic District, recurring service is especially handy because yard chores are easy to postpone when the day is already packed with driving, pickup, and errands. A steady schedule keeps the cleanup from turning into a bigger weekend job.
Folsom's warm stretches and active outdoor routine can make odor more noticeable, especially in the areas that get the most sun. Regular visits help stay ahead of that build up so the yard feels fresher and more usable. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without a big reset chore hanging over your head. From there, we handle the routine so you can spend quality time with family and friends outside, footloose and worry-free.
If you are looking for a reliable local team that treats your yard with care, we are ready to help. POOP 911 keeps the schedule simple, the service convenient, and the cleanup consistent, so your yard stays ready for the next game, the next get together, or a quiet evening outside. Reach out today to start recurring service in Folsom, and let us help keep your grass cleaner, your patio more inviting, and your weekend a little lighter.

Wanted to leave a review to praise the owner for handling and listening to a very frustrated customer. Let me start by saying the service was fantastic. The frustration came with miscommunication of what I wanted in my subscription and what I was told by a call center. (Not the actual owner). He assured me he would look into the situation and provide feedback. I can be a bit of a loud talker (HaHa) but it was handled with professionalism and at the end he made everything right. I would definitely recommend this franchise

I've just started using this service and I couldn't be happier. They are always punctual, arriving right on schedule every week, and they do a thorough job every time. It's clear they take pride in their work and they make sure nothing is missed and leave the yard spotless. It's such a relief not to have to worry about this chore anymore. The convenience alone is worth it, but the consistent professionalism really sets them apart. If you're a dog owner looking to keep your yard clean without the hassle, I highly recommend this service!

I love my guy that picks up our poop rain or shine. Does a fantastic job and so helpful with any questions I may have. My dog Jethro loves his clean yard too!

Dora is the bright star in this company. Before her we had Kyle who was professional and friendly after him Dora came with treats for the dogs and very cheerful personality. We love Dora. Now we have Emily and she's through ( no treats 😔 ) but the boys seem to like her. Maybe if Scott got more people we could get an extra day of pickup. Until then 7 dogs compete for grass space. I'd very much recommend Poop 911. Great job. Update: 2/14/26 Dora is still great. In the past two months they have trained two new people; my hope with the new staff, they would accommodate our request for a third day. Meanwhile, Poop911 is very good at their job.

WOW! Unbelievable job! We have two large dogs (american staff/rot mixes) and we had a hard time keeping up with their poop and had way too much to handle with our full time jobs! Made the appointment so quickly and easily, and they came out exactly when we needed them too and handled all of it! Stellar job and so happy to know we have someone who will keep our yard clean with ongoing service and at a reasonable price!! 5 STARS 100%!

Poop 911 service in Tracy, CA has been such a big help! To follow up on my previous review, I am now coming to the end of my cancer treatment and we have a new tech but our service still remains amazing! The process is so easy for me and knowing my fur baby has a clean yard weekly takes a lot of stress off of me, thank you for all you guys do and Happy New Year!

We absolutely love POOP 911! They’re quick, reliable, and super easy to communicate with. Our tech is always friendly and respectful, which we really appreciate. Adding this to our budget was totally worth it! It’s such a small cost, and it’s saved us so much time and stress. We used to scramble every week when we realized our yard person was coming and we forgot to pick up the dog poop (again). It was one of those chores we dreaded, and now we don’t even have to think about it. It’s amazing how much better things feel just by having this one task taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re even thinking about it!!
