These folks are great!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets used every day, the cleanup tends to pile up fast, especially after rain, heat, or a busy stretch of family time outside. That is why our Fort Worth POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we keep the service simple for real backyards, not brochure pictures. In a city with 311 parks and 13,464 acres of parkland, Fort Worth pet parents are used to making room for outdoor time, and the backyard needs to be just as ready for dogs, kids, and guests.
Fort Worth’s climate leans humid subtropical with hot summers, so odor can show up fast when waste sits in a sunny yard. That matters even more when your dog uses the same side yard, patio edge, or play area every day. Recurring Pet Waste Removal helps keep those spaces cleaner between visits, so you are not looking down before every step or cutting short the time you want to spend outside.
If your week already includes errands, school pickup, and a quick stop through busy parts of town, the backyard cleanup should not become one more thing waiting at the end of the day. Fort Worth’s park and trail system is built around everyday use, from Trinity Park and the Trinity River Trails to Gateway Park with Fort Woof, the city’s off-leash dog park, so it makes sense that local pet parents want a home routine that keeps pace with that kind of outdoor lifestyle. We can help you stay ahead of buildup before it becomes a weekend chore.
Our recurring service is set up to fit real life. We come on a regular schedule, handle the cleanup, and keep an eye on the places dogs actually use most, like fence lines, the back corner, and the path from the door to the yard. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to start fresh without trying to catch up on a full yard reset by yourself. That is especially helpful for families preparing for guests, a cookout, or just a more relaxed evening outside in the Fort Worth heat. If you want less weekend chore pressure, cleaner grass, and more usable backyard space, we are ready to help you keep the yard footloose and worry-free. Reach out to start recurring service with our Fort Worth team, and let us keep the mess from taking over your time outside.

I have used this company for many years. They have been nothing short of amazing. The communication was always fast. Service was consistent, and each time they came I was notified 15 minutes prior to be sure my dogs were put up. Gate was always left locked and shut properly. Overall incredible service and great people. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of this!

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND* We absolutely love Poop 911. My skeptical Mother waited until they left one day and went outside to double check their work and called me to say that she scoured the yard and wasn't able to find one single poop left behind. Bill is so kind over the phone when I have needed to call for anything, exceptional customer service!

Being elderly & having some health complications, I needed to have a pet poop service because I recently inherited my daughter's dog. After investigating, I narrowed it down to two. I called one & they didn't call me back until several days had passed. I called Poop 911 & the owner called me back the same afternoon, earning points in my book. He explained & answered my questions patiently about Poop 911. He & his wife run the company & I liked the fact that it's family owned. I already had a day & time that I hoped to get the service, & he was able to arrange it on a set schedule. I had originally thought I probably could only afford the poop service every 2 weeks on my retirement budget. I was happily surprised to hear the really good rate they offer for every week poop scooping service so that was a real bonus. The owner is friendly & professional & made it so easy to understand how it's set up online. I felt comfortable & relieved in choosing Poop 911. On the first visit, I went out to introduce myself although not expected. The young lady was courteous & friendly, & explained she would close the gate & send me a picture of it. I totally appreciate that. I am so happy with my decision & with the service I get from Poop 911. I highly recommend Poop 911.

I had the best experience with Poop911. I scheduled a yard clean-up after my 200-pound English Mastiff left many deposits over the last two weeks, as I was unable to clean due to a medical issue. When I came home, Alex, my tech, had made EVERYTHING disappear. Like it had never had a dog, much less a giant dog, leave anything..He made sure I knew he was on his way, tied up the deposit bag so the smell wouldn't float around, threw it away, and latched my gate when he left. I'm so glad I hired Poop911 for my cleanup that I am now going to sign up for the recurring service! Finding a company that over-delivers and under-promises is rare. Poop911 for the win!!!!

I don’t know how it happened, but I got old. Bending down to pick up poop was a strain. This service is perfectly seamless- wish I had signed up earlier. Thinking about the dog walking as well. With thanks, Ann & Murray

I’ve been with this service for about 3 years. I have 2 dogs and a small yard, but when I had my baby, the maintenance became a bit much. Their service was nothing short of amazing. Extremely accommodating! I was always notified the day of my service when they were in the way and they were super flexible if I had last minute cancellations due to the weather.Nigel was normally the person who would come by, but on occ it would be Anthony. Both are amazing and Heather in the office is extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Tuesday was my first experience with Poop 911. Brandon sent a 30 minute heads-up text and a job completed text including a photo of the closed gate. He was in and out before I realized it! Excellent service that I highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Poop 911. Setting up an account and cadence was simple and straight forward. Both Lauren and Bill were responsive to all my questions and the associates were respectful and thorough. My son moved and took his dog with him. Should we get another, we will reopen an account with Poop 911.

So simple to set up! I get texts when someone is on their way, texts with the picture of the closed fence, and the work is done well. My dogs always act confused when they go outside afterwards and everything is gone!
