Outstanding service arrived on time and did a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used hard after school, after errands, and again by the weekend, pet waste can pile up faster than most people expect. That matters in Fort Walton Beach, where family routines often flow around the schools on Racetrack Road and Hollywood Boulevard, plus quick trips through town to parks, the beach, and the grocery run that never seems to stay quick. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the real goal is not just a clean yard, it is a yard people actually want to step into.
If you are trying to keep a backyard ready for kids, dogs, and last minute visitors, recurring service takes one more chore off the list before it becomes a whole Saturday problem. In this part of Florida, warm weather and frequent moisture can make odor and buildup more noticeable, especially in the yards that get used every day. We help keep the grass, patio edges, and favorite potty spots cleaner so the yard stays more comfortable for the whole household. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easy to get started without a big reset appointment hanging over you.
Families around Ferry Park often have one of those yards that gets pulled in every direction, a little play time here, a little dog time there, and maybe a quick cleanup before company shows up. That is exactly where recurring dog poop removal service makes sense. Instead of waiting until waste is obvious from the back door, we stay ahead of it on a schedule that works around real life. We can also help keep the high use parts of the yard more usable, especially the areas that see the most foot traffic, fence line activity, or patio hangouts.
For homeowners near Garniers Beach Park and Beachview Drive, the everyday rhythm can look a little different, but the need is the same. People are in and out, dogs are out with them, and outdoor space gets used more when the weather is nice. That can mean more chances for missed waste, more odor in the heat, and more step-in surprises when everyone is trying to enjoy the yard. POOP 911 is built for that kind of routine. We show up consistently, clean what needs cleaning, and help keep the space ready for family time, not just the next chore.
We also know how helpful it is to have one less thing to think about when the week gets busy. Maybe you are coming back from school drop off, maybe you are driving across town on Eglin Parkway, or maybe you are heading home after errands and the only thing left on your mind is getting the dog out the back door. That is where a dependable schedule pays off. Recurring service keeps the yard in better shape between visits, helps reduce odor, and gives your family more footloose and worry-free time outside. If you want a cleaner backyard and a simpler routine in Fort Walton Beach, sign up with POOP 911 and let us handle the messy part on a regular schedule.

Refuse to answer phone/voicemails & continue to move out the date of pick up. Has been over a month since last pick up and trying to get ahold of whoever runs this leads no where. The date was once again pushed out a week without anyone contacting to state why. Left another voicemail as well to cancel the whole account and service. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered the service for my mom as a gift. They were to come on Monday April 12th for the initial yard cleanup. I indicated it had been one to three months since the yard waste had been removed from the backyard. Monday evening I received a receipt via email that indicated the technician had been in the yard from 10:10 a.m. until 10:55 a.m. that day. I had already spoken with my mom earlier in the evening and she indicated that the backyard was still a full of yard waste. When I received the receipt I contacted my mom and asked if she was sure they hadn't come and she went outside and took photos of the waste still in the grass. My mom also indicated that she was home at the time the technician supposedly came and where she was sitting She would have seen someone enter the backyard and leave the backyard. Her neighbor also indicated that she came home about 10:15 a.m. and there were no vehicles present. On April 12th and 13th I called and left voicemails with the local service provider to discuss this with them and I have still not received a return call. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this point. More than anything I would simply like a return phone call at this point. My mom has other neighbors who use the same service provider and they indicate they've not had issues in the past however this current situation is not sitting well with me and word of mouth is strong.

We used Poop 911 for the first time recently because our yard got out of hand while my husband and I quarantined during the pandemic. The first job was a very big job and I warned them about that but they were extremely understanding and a complete lifesaver. Someone showed up Friday morning and we didn't even know they were at the house and the yard looked spotless. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who loves their dogs but may have a medical condition or age related issues that affect their ability to always get the poop or people with crazy hectic lifestyles. They are a company that very obviously cares about the dogs, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Why is poop only picked up if is on the grass?? Why can't poop be picked up if it is visible elsewhere?

I never thought I would be as excited about a service provider as I am about Poop 911. After an extensive illness our yard was a mess, our dogs weren’t happy and neither were we, we call the amazing team at Poop 911 and they were out that very week and helped me get my babies happy and healthy and get my yard back! We have never looked back since. They are some of the most amazing people, love the babies and very respectful of your time and home. I would highly recommend them for your home or community.
