The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, poop piles up fast, especially in a city like Gloversville where families are moving between home, school, and errands along the same busy routines. That is where our locally owned and operated POOP 911 branch, run by pet parents for pet families, makes life easier. We help keep the yard ready for real use, so you can spend more time outside and less time hunting for surprises in the grass.
In Gloversville, recurring cleanup makes sense for the same reason it does anywhere dogs and people actually live in the same yard, things get messy again before the week is over. Whether your routine includes a quick stop near downtown, a school pickup, or a drive through town that ends with the dogs racing out back, a clean yard is easier to enjoy when it stays on schedule. We show up on a routine basis, work the areas your dog uses most, and keep the cleanup simple for the household that has enough else going on.
Gloversville’s city setting means a lot of backyards are doing double duty as dog space, family space, and the place where everyone lands after the day is done. That kind of use calls for a practical rhythm. We focus on the parts that matter most, the run path, the fence line, the patio edge, and the spots where dogs naturally circle back again and again. The result is a cleaner lawn that is easier to step into, easier to let kids use, and less likely to turn into a weekend chore.
Our first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without overthinking it. After that, we keep the routine moving so the yard does not slip behind after a few busy days or a stretch of weather that keeps everyone indoors and then sends the dog out to make up for lost time. In a place with real seasons and changing yard conditions, that steady schedule matters more than a one time rescue visit.
That is also why so many Gloversville pet parents like recurring pet waste removal instead of waiting until the grass looks bad or the odor gets noticeable. It keeps the space more usable, cuts down on the little hassles, and helps the yard feel ready when friends stop by or the family wants to linger outside after dinner. We handle the dirty part with care, and we do it in a way that fits into normal life, not the other way around.
If you want a cleaner backyard and less weekend cleanup pressure, we are ready to help. Sign up for recurring service with POOP 911, and let our Gloversville team keep the yard footloose and worry-free for family time, dog time, and all the in between moments that make a home feel like home.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
