I love our bi-weekly service with take-away. It’s been a blessing to be able to use the backyard and have it be sanitary! The dogs and appreciate you!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, pet waste turns into one more chore that keeps slipping to the bottom of the list. That is especially true for busy homes around Goshen, Ohio, where dogs, kids, guests, and ordinary weekend plans can fill up the backyard fast. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the difference a clean yard makes when you just want to step outside without scanning the grass first.
If your dog has a favorite spot by the fence, near the patio, or along a side yard path, that area can build up quickly between rain, warm spells, and regular play time. Our recurring Pet Waste Removal service helps keep those high-use spots cleaner and easier to enjoy. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that, we stay on schedule so you do not have to keep remembering one more outdoor task.
For many pet parents in the Goshen area, the biggest benefit is simple. A cleaner yard means fewer step-in surprises, less odor, and more usable space for everyday life. That matters when you are letting the dog out before work, sending kids into the backyard after school, or getting ready for a cookout and want the patio area to feel more inviting. Recurring cleanup also helps keep up with the steady buildup that happens when dogs use the same spots over and over.
We focus on practical service that fits normal routines. That can mean keeping up with a dog run, clearing the usual bathroom area near the fence line, or helping prevent waste from piling up in the places where your yard gets the most traffic. If the week has been wet, windy, or just busy, a regular visit takes that task off your plate and helps the yard stay ready for family time. In a place like Goshen, Ohio, where weather and schedules can change fast, that kind of consistency makes a real difference.
Recurring Pet Waste Removal is also a good fit for households that want less weekend chore pressure and a cleaner space for pets, people, and guests. You should be able to enjoy your yard footloose and worry-free, not spend your free time cleaning up after every outing. If you are in Goshen or the surrounding service area and want a dependable routine that keeps the yard cleaner without the hassle, reach out to POOP 911 and get set up for recurring service today.

First visit and my dogs happened to be in the backyard when they came in to clean. My girls got lots of cuddles and I was told by family who was home at the time that they were very thorough, going over the lawn in a grid pattern

So far so good. I’m a disabled veteran & can’t do the things I used to be able to do. Meneires disease is horrible. It’s basically vertigo on steroids that never goes away. I get very dizzy walking & looking down while cleaning up after my dogs. The service is reasonably priced & helps me out immensely. Just an FYI, I RARELY IF EVER give a 5 star rating on anything. A 5 star rating assumes perfection with no room for improvement. That’s impossible when it comes to human beings. Still a very good service though & they only bill once a service has been completed the way it should be.

This is a great service and worth it. They are consistent and great with the dogs if they are out. Mostly though if you are a loyal customer they are loyal to you. Rachel is very nice and promptly responds to any inquiry. Thank you for great service all around.

I booked online with the company Thursday, scheduled my first cleanup for Monday. Received a phone call and a text to give me instructions, what to expect, etc... a very friendly lady was here Monday morning! The yard was completely free of dog waste! She was very friendly and professional and took time to meet the producers of said waste! I have them scheduled for every other week now!!

Do not use.!!! Showed up first Monday, failed to send me any note about holiday skip, then when I called said I should have received an e-mail, no e-mail and that they could not make the service up until next Monday. Well, that Monday came yesterday and no one showed up. Now they want me to wait until Thursday and then would put me back on Monday. Purchased the service for convenience not headaches. Do not trust Corey or Rachael! There are other companies out there who do what they say.
