The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
In a small place like Green Island, dog mess can pile up faster than most pet parents expect, especially when the yard gets steady use and you are trying to keep up between work, school, errands, and everything else that runs through the week. That is why our Green Island team keeps Pet Waste Cleanup simple and dependable. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a clean yard can turn into one more chore if the dogs are out there every day. Green Island is a village in Albany County, and NYSDOT lists local streets such as Tibbits Avenue, Cohoes Avenue, Hudson Avenue, and Veterans Memorial Drive, which is a good reminder that a lot of life here is built around quick routines and short stops at home. When the backyard is part dog space, part family space, recurring service helps keep it ready.
That matters even more when the weather shifts. Green Island gets the same mixed New York pattern that many Capital Region yards do, with wet stretches, snow melt, and then quick growth when the ground finally opens up again. A yard that looks fine from the door can still hide surprises in the grass, along fence lines, or near the paths people use most. If your family is trying to enjoy a cookout, let the kids run around, or just keep paw traffic from tracking grime back inside, regular cleanup is the easiest way to stay ahead of buildup instead of reacting to it on the weekend. Recurring service gives you one less thing to think about, and that is usually the real win.
When the backyard is used often, small delays turn into bigger cleanups. That is especially true for homes with one favorite dog area, a narrow side yard, or a spot where the pets always head first after coming inside. Our recurring visits are designed to fit real life, not add to it. We work around your access instructions, show up on a steady schedule, and focus on the parts of the yard that matter most for daily use. If your household is managing kids and dogs after school, or you are trying to make the yard usable before guests arrive, a regular service plan keeps the space cleaner without making you manage it yourself.
For pet parents in Green Island, the benefit is usually practical before it is anything else. Cleaner grass means fewer step-in surprises. It also means less odor, which matters when the yard gets warm, damp, or heavily used. With recurring Pet Waste Cleanup, you can spend more of your time actually using the space instead of scanning it first. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is easy. After that, we keep the routine moving so your yard stays ready for the next dog zoomies, the next family visit, or the next quiet evening outside.
If you want a cleaner yard with less weekend chore pressure, we are ready to help. Reach out to POOP 911 for recurring service in Green Island, and let us take care of the dirty work so you can enjoy more footloose and worry-free time with family and friends in the yard.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
