The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Small yards can get messy fast in Green Island, especially when the grass is wet, the schedule gets packed, and dog potty spots keep getting reused. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we keep the focus on recurring service that fits real life instead of adding one more chore to your weekend. In a place like Green Island, where homes, school routines, and quick trips around town can make outdoor time feel short, it helps to have the backyard ready when you are.
We work with pet parents who want the yard to stay usable without having to keep checking it themselves. If your family is coming and going through the week, or if the dog’s favorite bathroom corner is right near the patio, the problem is usually not a giant cleanup. It is the constant little buildup that sneaks up on you. We help keep that under control so your grass, play space, and walking paths feel better day after day. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started and see the difference right away.
Green Island has a close-in, practical rhythm. Families use the yard often, but they also move between school drop-offs, errands, and quick stops around Hudson Avenue, George Street, and the areas near Heatly School. That means the backyard has to work hard in the time you actually have at home. When dogs are out there daily, the benefit is not just appearance. It is fewer step-in surprises, less odor, and a cleaner space for kids, guests, and dogs to share without you having to think about it every time you open the back door.
The local weather also plays a role. Around here, yards can go from damp to muddy to overgrown fast, then shift again as the seasons change. Wet ground tends to hold on to mess longer, and thicker grass can hide what should have been easy to spot. That is one reason recurring pet waste removal makes sense here. It keeps the cleanup from becoming a bigger job after rain, during warm stretches, or when your lawn growth gets ahead of you. In a compact yard, missed waste is noticed quickly, especially near fence lines, side yards, and the spots dogs return to again and again.
For many households, the real win is simple. You get more usable backyard space without trading away your Saturday morning. If you are preparing for guests, letting kids run around after school, or just trying to enjoy a quiet evening outside, our routine service helps the yard stay ready. We keep the process straightforward, dependable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. That is what makes POOP 911 a convenient local choice when you want the job done without extra hassle.
If you are ready to spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, let us set up recurring service for your Green Island home. We will take care of the dirty part so your outdoor space feels cleaner, easier to use, and much less stressful week after week.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
