The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard time in Hagaman can go from relaxing to “we need to clean that up first” faster than most pet parents would like, especially when the yard is getting regular use and you are trying to keep it ready for kids, guests, or a quick dinner outside. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we help make routine yard care one less thing on your list.
Hagaman sits in Montgomery County, and it is part of the Mohawk Valley, which means a lot of everyday life here is built around practical routines, short drives, and yards that need to stay usable instead of becoming another weekend project. For homeowners near village streets or along the routes that connect into the wider area, it is easy for cleanup to get pushed aside until the grass is longer than expected or the yard has already been used a few times. Our service is set up for that real life rhythm, not a perfect one.
If your household is the kind that lets the dogs out several times a day, then you already know how fast small messes can turn into a bigger chore. In a place where the yard may be part play space, part hangout space, and part dog run, regular Pet Waste Cleanup helps keep the grass cleaner and the outdoor area easier to enjoy. That matters when you want to send the kids out after school, let the dog stretch out in the backyard, or sit outside without constantly scanning the lawn first.
Recurring cleanup also makes sense when the weather is working against you. In this part of New York, changing conditions can leave the yard muddy one week and overgrown the next, then covered with leaf litter or softened by snow melt later on. Waste disappears into those conditions quickly, which is exactly when it becomes easier to miss and harder to deal with all at once. A steady service schedule helps stay ahead of that buildup before it gets layered into the lawn and before odor becomes more noticeable around patios, fence lines, and the spots your dog uses most.
We keep the process convenient for busy homeowners. If you have a side gate, a favorite access path, or a yard area that gets the most traffic, recurring visits let us work around your routine with less interruption. That is useful for families heading out toward Amsterdam for errands, or for anyone moving through daily life on the local roads around town and wanting the backyard handled without adding another stop to the day. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is simple and practical.
When you choose POOP 911, you are choosing a local team that understands how important a clean yard is to pet parents. We help keep the space ready for real use, not just for looks, so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you are ready for less weekend chore pressure and a cleaner place for your dogs, let our Hagaman team set up recurring service and take pet waste cleanup off your to-do list.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
