Good service, great technicians, good price. You'll love having a poop free yard (and so will your meighbors). Techs inform me if their arrival and departure for my convenience. Love this service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in Heathcote can get put to work fast, especially when school schedules, errands, and after-work yard time all pile up in the same day. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we keep the focus on simple, dependable cleanup that helps your yard stay ready for real life. If your dog uses the same stretch of grass every day, the waste does not stay “just out of the way” for long. It builds up, gets stepped in, and turns a quick outside break into another chore.
In a place like Scarsdale, families are often moving between school, home, and daily routines, and the yard has to be ready when everyone finally gets a chance to be outside. We see a lot of value in recurring Dog Poop Clean Up for that reason. It keeps the job from landing on your weekend list, and it helps keep the grass cleaner for kids, guests, and dogs sharing the same space. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can get started without having to clear the yard yourself first.
Heathcote yards do not need drama to get messy. A few rainy days, some active play, and a little extra lawn growth can make waste harder to spot and easier to track around. That is especially true near busy family areas like Heathcote Elementary School, where routines already run full and no one wants to add surprise cleanup to the mix. Recurring service helps stay ahead of that cycle, so the yard feels more usable between visits instead of only after you happen to catch up on it.
We also know the rhythm of local driving matters. When your day takes you along Heathcote Road, Palmer Avenue, or past the busy stretches around the Village of Scarsdale, you may not want to spend the last part of the day hunting down dog waste before the family can enjoy the yard. Our service is built to fit around that kind of schedule. We handle the cleanup on a routine you can count on, which makes it easier to enjoy the backyard, the patio, and the play area without wondering what got missed in the grass.
If you want less weekend chore pressure and more footloose and worry-free time outside, we can help. POOP 911 keeps the service convenient, reliable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards, so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard instead of dealing with the messy part first. Reach out today to set up recurring Heathcote, New York Dog Poop Clean Up, and let us help keep your outdoor space cleaner, easier to use, and ready when your people and pets are.

Service has been prompt, efficient and thorough. It has been amazing to not run into my dogs poop all the time in my gardens and has certainly made my front door area so much nicer!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The website offers a bait and switch promotion, offering a free first week if you sign up for weekly service. Their website boasts “ There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee”. However if you try to cancel your weekly service, they tell you that THERE IS A THREE MONTH COMMITMENT and if you cancel before three months, they “adjust the cost” to their one time service rate, to the tune of nearly $200 for a single visit. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

I have had the Poop 911 service for over two years. The cleaner comes weekly and takes care in walking a fairly large fenced yard and cleans it efficiently. I haven't had a problem with their work. This is one less thing I need to worry bout in my busy schedule.

We got over charged by over 400 and got half of it reimbursed. We were getting the run around from the company and the local scooper (?) 2 years later we now are getting pestered that we owe money (EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THEY OWED US!) and are threatening to send to collections. Bad bad bad. This business stinks (pun intended)

Poop 911 was a great investment for us because we have three dogs. At the beginning we had a little problem we were getting charged and the person wasn’t showing up. Let’s say they were fired. Invest in the Ring that is how we discovered it. Months have gone by everything is great being charged three times a week like clockwork until I want to stop service for the winter and resume in the spring. Out of nowhere I see a charge for $500 from the company saying these are back charges from visits. An argument began because my accounts showed they were paid on a regular basis. So now my bank is handling this faulty charge. It’s too bad to we really liked working with them. Postponing for a couple months and they charge me unacceptable it doesn’t say anywhere that I would be charged. No we are going to be looking for a new company in the spring.
