Fantastic service with excellent communication. This is the second home over used Poop911 for and I’ll definitely recommend to neighbors.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards around Hernando Beach can turn into real use-it-or-lose-it spaces fast, especially when pets, kids, and guests all want the same patch of grass. That is exactly why the local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we keep the service simple for busy households that want the yard ready without adding one more chore to the week. In a waterfront community tied to the Hernando Beach Channel and nearby county parks like Jenkins Creek Park, it makes sense to keep the parts of the yard people actually use clear, clean, and easy to enjoy.
If your routine already includes quick trips along Shoal Line Boulevard or weekends out near Rogers Park, the last thing you want is to come home and spend your first hour cleaning up after the dogs. Recurring service helps take that task off the list before it starts stacking up. We show up on a schedule, focus on the high-use spots in the yard, and help keep the grass and patio area more pleasant for everyday family life. For pet parents who are trying to stay ahead of odor, step-in surprises, and the kind of buildup that sneaks in after warm, wet weather, that consistency matters more than a one-time cleanup ever can.
Hernando Beach is the kind of place where outdoor time matters. People want to be able to let the dog out, let the kids run around, or have friends over without having to scan the yard first. With Florida heat and moisture, waste can become more noticeable faster than you expect, and that is especially true in yards that get regular use or have shaded, damp corners that do not dry out quickly. A recurring Dog Poop Removal Service keeps the yard more usable between visits, which is a simple way to make the space feel bigger and easier to enjoy.
We also keep the first cleanup free when you sign up for recurring service, so starting is straightforward. That first visit gives us a clean slate, and after that we maintain the routine so you do not have to play catch-up. It is a practical fit for families preparing for guests, homeowners trying to reduce weekend chores, and anyone who would rather spend time outside than start the afternoon with a rake and a trash bag. The value is not fancy, it is just real life made easier.
When the weather gets sticky or the yard sees a lot of back-and-forth traffic, cleanup can slip quickly. That is why recurring visits are such a good fit here. They help keep the play area and potty area under control before the mess becomes a bigger job, and they make it easier to keep patios, side yards, and fence lines cleaner too. If you want a dependable local team that understands how pet families actually use their space, we are ready to help. Reach out to the Hernando Beach POOP 911 team today and get recurring service set up so you can enjoy more footloose and worry-free time in your yard.

Poop 911 does a great job taking care of all the mess my five large dogs leave behind. They are reliable and thorough. They have been very diligent about ensuring that the gates are closed before they leave, which is of supreme importance to me.. They are also extremely kind to my exuberant dogs when they encounter them outdoors. I am extremely happy with their job performance.

Very thorough walking through of property. Excellent communication. The online sign-up was a little bumpy between the automated messaging and automated phone call. But signing up worked out in the end. Great service for pet owners!

I've been using Poop911 for several years now. First in Palm Harbor and currently in Spring Hill. They do a great job cleaning up the yard after 4 dogs and are very professional. They always let me know when they're on the way and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. The service is very budget friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Poop911 to take care of the dog doo in your yard! I believe any prior negative reviews were during transfer of ownership.

I am very disappointed with this service. I had an initial appointment on 1/21/2025. And I didn’t hear from anyone all day, so I called the 800 number and had to leave several messages. It has been almost a week and still no contact. I called the local New Port Richey location and a man referred me to my local person who acted if my busy wasn’t needed and basically didn’t care that I was cancelling service. So, I assume that this company has so many clients that they don’t need anymore. I called Doody Calls 800 number and an actual human answered and was able to help me.

I have tried to be patient, but this company does not believe in customer service. You can call the corporate all you want, and they say they will pass on "an urgent message because this is not how we treat our clients." I had an initial service scheduled for Monday, March 25th. No one showed up. I called them when I got back from vacation, and no one returned my call. I thought I'd give them another chance. So I made an appointment for 4/8. Guess what?! No one showed up, and they don't return calls. Probably a scam company. I'd love to know how the people they're getting 4-star reviews from actually got them to come to their house.

We signed up for the service two weeks ago. The first service was supposed to be 2/10 and no one showed up. We tried calling the next day and the corporate number keeps telling us they will send an urgent message. The second service was for 2/17 and no one has showed up. Now our portal shows no services scheduled. This company is a complete SCAM. BEWARE!!!!!
