Great service and friendly staff!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard cleanup can fall behind fast when dogs use the same grass every day, especially after rain, a stretch of heat, or one of those weeks when family schedules get crowded. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we know how quickly a yard can go from usable to frustrating when waste starts building up along fence lines, near gates, or in the spots your dog returns to over and over.
For pet parents in the Hilliard area, recurring service is often the easiest way to keep up with the parts of the yard that matter most. A clean lawn means fewer step-in surprises, less odor near patios and play areas, and less time spent doing one more chore before the weekend starts. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without feeling like you are already behind. We keep the routine simple, reliable, and convenient so your yard stays ready for the everyday things that actually happen there, from kid playtime to a quick break outside before dinner.
If your household is like many around Hilliard, Ohio, the backyard may be a dog hangout, a kid hangout, and a place to unwind all at once. That is why pet waste tends to create more than just a mess. It can limit where people want to walk, sit, or let the dog roam. Recurring Pet Waste Removal helps keep those high-use areas in better shape, so the grass feels more inviting and you are not constantly checking the ground before heading outside. It is a practical fix for the repeated buildup that comes with weekly dog routines.
We also understand the small details that matter in everyday yard care. Some homes need help staying ahead of fast grass growth that hides waste. Others deal with muddy paw traffic after wet weather, or with odor that becomes more noticeable when temperatures rise. A regular schedule helps us stay on top of the spots dogs favor most, whether that means a side yard, a patio edge, a fenced play area, or the path by the back door. That kind of consistency is what makes the service feel less like a cleanup scramble and more like a normal part of keeping the yard ready.
Our goal is to give you more usable backyard space and fewer chores competing for your time. When you set up recurring visits, you do not have to wait until the yard feels overwhelming. We handle the routine work, and you get to spend more time with family and friends outside, footloose and worry-free. If you are preparing for guests, trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup, or just want the yard to feel cleaner for your dogs and kids, our Hilliard team makes it easy to keep things under control. Reach out today to start recurring service and let us take poop scoop duty off your weekend to-do list.

This company is professional, reliable and does a great job. So blessed to have found them.

I'd advise against using this company, I had been with them for a while until I noticed that I would receive texts alerting me that they were on the way yet they never came. After checking my balance, it also appears that they had been charging me for work that they did not perform.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I had been using them for a while and then one day they decided to stop coming. I'd get a notification saying that someone was on their way and I'd sit outside and wait. No one would show up even though I'd get a text that they were there. After several weeks of this, they contact me saying I had a balance due for service that hadn't been happening. My backyard had not been touched. Said that I had to pay over a hundred dollars. Not only this but there is surveillance video of the days they were supposed to come and didn't... still made me pay. I just assumed that if no one came, I wasn't getting charged. that's why I didn't contact anyone. I was also away for two months at some point and my house sitter said they did not see anyone come.

Have had POOP 911 service for 2 weeks now. They come early, clean up thoroughly after our two dogs, and close the gate after themselves. Everything you could want. Price is reasonable. Good service, good value.

I’m not sure how to write a review for this type of service. I’ll just say it’s five stars and move on. I’m not adding pictures either, use your imagination.

I have only had the service for 3 weeks but what a great 3 weeks it has been! Timely and affordable service. I don’t have the dread of remembering to do it when I am brain dead after work. Definitely have told all my dog owning friends.
