Great service and friendly staff!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Busy yards in Hilliard can go from fine to frustrating fast, especially when dogs use the same favorite spots every day and the weather keeps changing. That is why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we focus on the kind of cleanup that keeps your yard ready for real life. We help pet parents in the Hilliard area stay ahead of the mess, so the backyard stays usable for play, grilling, and everyday time outside instead of turning into another weekend chore.
When waste starts building up along fence lines, near patios, in side yards, or around a dog run, it is not just about appearances. It can mean more odor, more flies, more muddy paw traffic, and more chances of an unpleasant surprise underfoot. In a place where outdoor time can be interrupted by rain, quick warming spells, or fast grass growth, recurring service makes a lot of sense because it keeps cleanup from piling up between your own busy days. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives your yard a fresh start without adding one more thing to your list.
We see a lot of households that just want the backyard to work the way it should. A family getting ready for a weekend cookout does not want to spend the hour before guests arrive checking every corner of the lawn. A parent trying to move kids and dogs through the same yard after school does not want to worry about step-in surprises. Recurring dog poop service helps solve that by putting cleanup on a schedule, so the mess gets handled before it turns into a bigger job. It is a simple way to keep the grass, patio, and play areas cleaner while making family time outside feel easier.
For homes around Hilliard, the real value is consistency. Dogs tend to favor the same bathroom spots, and once those spots start collecting waste, the yard can feel less usable fast. Regular visits help stay ahead of buildup, especially after wet weather or during stretches when the lawn is growing quickly and waste is harder to spot. If your routine already includes errands, school pickup, work commutes, and a full evening at home, having a reliable recurring service can take one task completely off your plate. That is the kind of convenience pet parents appreciate when they want cleaner turf and less weekend cleanup pressure.
If you are ready to make outdoor time easier, schedule POOP 911 for your Hilliard, Ohio home and let us handle the dirty part on a recurring plan. We will keep it practical, dependable, and pet-friendly so you can spend more time in the yard with family and friends, footloose and worry-free.

This company is professional, reliable and does a great job. So blessed to have found them.

I'd advise against using this company, I had been with them for a while until I noticed that I would receive texts alerting me that they were on the way yet they never came. After checking my balance, it also appears that they had been charging me for work that they did not perform.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I had been using them for a while and then one day they decided to stop coming. I'd get a notification saying that someone was on their way and I'd sit outside and wait. No one would show up even though I'd get a text that they were there. After several weeks of this, they contact me saying I had a balance due for service that hadn't been happening. My backyard had not been touched. Said that I had to pay over a hundred dollars. Not only this but there is surveillance video of the days they were supposed to come and didn't... still made me pay. I just assumed that if no one came, I wasn't getting charged. that's why I didn't contact anyone. I was also away for two months at some point and my house sitter said they did not see anyone come.

Have had POOP 911 service for 2 weeks now. They come early, clean up thoroughly after our two dogs, and close the gate after themselves. Everything you could want. Price is reasonable. Good service, good value.

I’m not sure how to write a review for this type of service. I’ll just say it’s five stars and move on. I’m not adding pictures either, use your imagination.
