Extremely reliable service and very good at communicating with their clients.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the backyard gets used every day, even a small amount of pet waste starts to change how the space feels. In Hillsborough, where many homes sit along longer drives and private yards rather than busy sidewalks, cleanup can slip behind fast. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a yard can go from “ready for the kids” to “we should probably handle that before the weekend.”
That matters especially in a town like Hillsborough, where families often move between school runs, errands, and home time along roads like El Camino Real, Highway 280, and Hillsborough Boulevard. If the yard is the place where dogs, kids, and guests all end up, recurring service keeps the space usable without turning your Saturday into a scoop-and-scan mission. It also helps when the yard sees regular play near places like Vista Park, where family life naturally makes clean outdoor space feel more important.
Our Dog Poop Removal Service is built for the real rhythm of family life. If you are trying to get the backyard ready for a cookout, keep a play area cleaner for the kids, or simply stay ahead of weekly buildup, we make that part easy. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives you a fresh start before the routine kicks in.
Hillsborough yards can also collect waste faster than people expect because the space gets used in short bursts throughout the week. One quick potty break after work, a few laps during playtime, and a busy morning before school can add up. Recurring visits help keep grass cleaner, reduce odor, and cut down on those annoying step-in surprises that seem to happen at the worst possible moment. That is especially helpful when you want to relax outside instead of watching the ground the whole time.
We focus on convenience, reliability, and simple scheduling that fits around your household. Many Hillsborough pet parents use the yard as a daily family zone, not just a place for dogs to go out for a minute. That is why regular service makes sense here, it helps you stay ahead of the mess before it becomes part of your routine, and it keeps patios, side yards, and high-use areas more pleasant to step into. When the lawn is cleaner, it is easier to let the dogs out, easier for kids to play, and easier for everyone to spend quality time outside footloose and worry-free.
If your home is near Vista Park, close to the Town’s main road network, or simply part of a busy household that wants one less chore on the list, we can help. POOP 911 is a practical choice for Hillsborough pet families who want dependable recurring cleanup without the hassle. Reach out today to start service, and let us help keep your yard cleaner week after week.

Poop 911 has been a great help for my Dad, who is a senior citizen with a dog. It's hard for him to do yard work or clean up his dog's poo, so I hired this company to help my Dad out. They come routinely, are professional, and we've had no issues. We appreciate the help with the clean-up - would highly recommend. Thanks for all that you do Poop 911!

I used this service in SF for several months and for the most part it was ok. The tech would message me when they were on their way and call me when they were outside if hadn't responded. They did an ok job cleaning the yard. Today the tech messaged me while was on a series of calls and then again once they reached and then 4 minutes later that they had to leave. No call or ring on the door. I saw their messages later and they said they couldn't call since they were on an important phone call. Hey, guess what, so wasI! l guess I'm just expected to stare at my phone for his messages. The cherry on top was me getting charged. I asked for a refund since the tech didn't do the job. got a response from "Jason" telling me would be refunded but corporate would charge me next time. I replied telling him it's clearly not my fault if the tech expects me to be looking at my phone the entire day waiting for his message and a call should be expected. lf he doesn't agree, he can cancel my service. He responded later with a cancellation confirmation. So yeah, that's what you can expect with this company. Guess their workload has rubbed off on their work ethic.
