Usually satisfied with service. However, the last time my gate wasn’t latched so my dogs got out of the open gate. I switched from another company because they also left a gate unlatched.
UPDATE: all of the dogs were FINE and in the employees defense it’s a new fence so the gate will SOUND like it latches but doesn’t. Of course my golden retriever wants to explore the neighborhood and make new friends lol. Lauren contacted me immediately after posting this review and was so sweet. No hard feelings for the employee at all, accidents happen and luckily all the pups were okay.
I’ve modified my rating from 3 to 5 stars, please let the employee know they are welcomed back and please let me know if they’d like a cup of coffee or water at the next visit. I do not wish for them to be penalized in any way for an accident. Thank you you all.

100% recommend!! Super easy! Just filled out what I needed online, got a quote and set up pickup all without have to call in and wait for a quote. You also don’t pay until after the service is done each time. Got a call day of to say they were 5 mins away (left my dogs inside since I was at work) and left a cute sticky note on the sliding door to let me know they were there! Perfect for the antisocial in me :) bonus: made sure to close the side gate completely! Yes, it’s happened before by others. Imagine my surprise when my dog knocked on my front door haha

I absolutely love this service!! They are extremely reliable, do a fantastic job of cleaning up my yard and are super friendly too!!
I would definitely recommend this company as they are super thorough. Also, if it happens to rain on your cleanup day, the call and reschedule for another day that week to make sure you are taken care of and satisfied with their service
