These people don’t miss a single nugget. I’m convinced they have military-grade training or some kind of advanced satellite technology that detects poop from orbit. My yard is now so clean I’m considering walking around barefoot again… which is something I never thought I’d say. My dog keeps trying to produce more work for them, but they stay undefeated. My fur children absolutely enjoy a clean back yard as do I enjoy not having the horrific smell permeating in the “clean air!” My dogs are on a high protein food therefore when the “call of dooty 2” arises one can imagine the stinch etched in your nose! Poop 911 has been the best especially with the very dry summer months! To top it all off they do not dispose of the waste in your trash can! 🙌🏻 Now whosever trash can they do dispose of it in, my apologies ahead of time! (That was a joke! Haha!) Highly recommend the services provided!

They do great job cleaning my backyard. Only downside I have is that they are near impossible to get ahold of if I need to adjust the service- their website only gives a phone number that connects to automatic system- then will connect my call with local person, but their voicemail is constantly full and I am not able to leave message. We are required do make adjustment 24 hours before scheduled service. My scheduled service is set on Nov 28th. I have called on Nov 21st, 22nd, and 25th (today) to no avail. I am trying my best to adhere with 24 hours policy but it is hard to do so if nobody picks up my phone call and there is no other options such as email & text number..

We have been with poop 911 For eight years and they are the absolute most wonderful people in the entire world. My dogs love them and they are so amazing. If they show up and the dogs are outside they always get the pets. Sometimes we’re in the backyard when they arrive and we have a nice conversation.
