Good service, great technicians, good price. You'll love having a poop free yard (and so will your meighbors). Techs inform me if their arrival and departure for my convenience. Love this service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts seeing more foot traffic than you planned for, the last thing anyone wants is a surprise underfoot. In a place like Larchmont, where homes sit close to daily routines and outdoor time tends to happen in quick bursts between errands and family plans, recurring service keeps that problem from building up. We are the local POOP 911 branch, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on making your grass, patio, and play space easier to enjoy without adding another weekend chore.
Larchmont is compact, with just over 1.1 square miles of land area, so a lot of households are working with yards, side runs, and small outdoor spaces that get used often and cleaned up even faster. When the weather swings from wet to warm, waste can go from easy to ignore to very noticeable, especially in the same high-use spots where dogs pace, kids play, or guests gather. That is where recurring Pet Waste Cleanup makes real life simpler, because it keeps the yard in a steady, usable condition instead of letting cleanup become a once-in-a-while scramble.
A lot of pet parents in Larchmont need a service that fits around school runs, commutes, and the kind of quick in-and-out household rhythm that leaves little time for one more task. We help by showing up on a dependable schedule, focusing on the areas that matter most, and keeping the cleanup routine predictable. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which helps you get started with a fresh baseline before the regular visits begin.
That matters even more when the backyard is part dog zone and part family zone. If your pets head straight for the same patch of lawn after a walk, if the side yard becomes the main path to the gate, or if the patio is where everyone ends up at the end of the day, waste control is not just about appearances. It is about making the space feel ready again. Customers in this area often benefit from recurring service because it cuts down on odor, helps prevent step-in surprises, and keeps the yard more comfortable for family time outside. It also means you spend less time wondering when you will catch up and more time actually using the space.
For many homes near Boston Post Road or Palmer Avenue, the practical problem is not one huge mess, it is small buildup that sneaks in between busy days. Dogs still need their routines, and lawns still need attention, but the cleanup piece is easy to lose track of when the week fills up. Our team keeps it simple. We work with care, stay reliable, and handle the job in a way pet parents can trust without turning it into a hassle. If you want cleaner grass, less weekend pressure, and a yard that is ready when your people are, sign up with POOP 911 and let us help keep your outdoor space footloose and worry-free.

Service has been prompt, efficient and thorough. It has been amazing to not run into my dogs poop all the time in my gardens and has certainly made my front door area so much nicer!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The website offers a bait and switch promotion, offering a free first week if you sign up for weekly service. Their website boasts “ There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee”. However if you try to cancel your weekly service, they tell you that THERE IS A THREE MONTH COMMITMENT and if you cancel before three months, they “adjust the cost” to their one time service rate, to the tune of nearly $200 for a single visit. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

I have had the Poop 911 service for over two years. The cleaner comes weekly and takes care in walking a fairly large fenced yard and cleans it efficiently. I haven't had a problem with their work. This is one less thing I need to worry bout in my busy schedule.

We got over charged by over 400 and got half of it reimbursed. We were getting the run around from the company and the local scooper (?) 2 years later we now are getting pestered that we owe money (EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THEY OWED US!) and are threatening to send to collections. Bad bad bad. This business stinks (pun intended)

Poop 911 was a great investment for us because we have three dogs. At the beginning we had a little problem we were getting charged and the person wasn’t showing up. Let’s say they were fired. Invest in the Ring that is how we discovered it. Months have gone by everything is great being charged three times a week like clockwork until I want to stop service for the winter and resume in the spring. Out of nowhere I see a charge for $500 from the company saying these are back charges from visits. An argument began because my accounts showed they were paid on a regular basis. So now my bank is handling this faulty charge. It’s too bad to we really liked working with them. Postponing for a couple months and they charge me unacceptable it doesn’t say anywhere that I would be charged. No we are going to be looking for a new company in the spring.
