We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, dog waste can go from an occasional nuisance to a real part of the routine fast. In Lemay, where families are juggling work, errands, and backyard time, our locally owned and operated branch is here for pet parents who want the yard to stay ready without adding one more chore to the week. POOP 911 makes that easier with a simple recurring Pooper Scooper Service that keeps the grass cleaner, the patio more pleasant, and the weekend a little lighter.
We see a lot of customers who just want a space they can use without thinking twice. That might mean a parent trying to keep the kids out of trouble after school, or a household that wants the backyard to be ready before friends swing by for a cookout. In a place like Lemay, with daily drives along Lemay Ferry Road and regular trips around the South County area, it helps to know the yard is being handled on a schedule that fits real life. Our first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can get started with a fresh baseline right away.
Recurring cleanup is especially useful when the yard is part play space, part dog space, and part gathering space. Warm stretches can bring more odor, and wet weather can turn a missed pile into a bigger problem once the grass gets soft and the dogs keep going back outside. When the routine slips for even a week or two, surprises show up on shoes, paws, and mower tires. Regular visits help keep the yard usable, so you can spend more time outside with family and friends and feel footloose and worry-free in the space you already pay to enjoy.
That steady routine matters in Lemay because backyard use is not always predictable. One day it is a quick potty break before school pickup, the next it is a longer evening outside after errands, and then the weekend arrives with company, yard games, or a simple desire to let the dogs run. We focus on the parts of the yard that get hit the hardest, like fence lines, side yards, and the play areas where dogs naturally head first. That practical approach helps keep the whole space cleaner, not just the spots you notice after the fact.
If you are near Lemay Park, Jefferson Barracks Park, or moving through the Lemay Ferry Road corridor during your week, recurring service can take one recurring task off your plate before it builds up. POOP 911 is convenient, reliable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. If you want a cleaner lawn, less smell, and more usable space for your crew, schedule your recurring service with the Lemay POOP 911 team today and let us help keep your yard ready for everyday life.

Liam does an excellent job! Very informative and keeps me up to date with arrival time and any delays.

when i initially signed up, i was quoted $22 once a week for my 2 dogs and my small yard. i then called to change it to every other week, and they changed it without calling me to let me know the price change. the price somehow went up to $47 for every other week- over double the price. i then called to cancel because thats just not something i can afford, and i told the lady on the phone that i would like to talk to someone first before i actually canceled. i got zero calls (again), and they canceled it. through this whole process i got zero confirmation emails (except about the tech being on their way, and confirmation about my initial sign up). they guy that did my initial cleaning was great, and he deserves five stars. liam k. i think was his name. i’m disappointed that you wouldn’t send out anything to confirm changes or call me when i ask to be called.

Liam was so very helpful. It’s great to have assistance with dog poop but Liam went above and beyond. He noticed a frozen pipe and came to the door to let us know. So very kind and helpful! Thanks so very much!

Terrible service they have left my gate open twice my dogs have escaped god forbid something would’ve happened to them. They also routinely will not show up due to bad weather when it will just be a dark cloud in the sky. They also change your service days around every other month. Don’t waste your money or your sanity dealing with this business. Also the owner Rachel is extremely rude & inconsiderate as you can see from her replies to all the one star reviews.

Deceptive. Website says they service Florissant but when you go in to fill out a form they tell you they don't. Website needs to be updated.

I do not know where to begin, with the superior, respectful, stellar, and prompt services I have received with the Poop 911 team members. As a person that loves and cherishes her dogs, this company exceeds my expectations in maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring that the yard in which my fur babies dwell is safe and sanitary. The owners are truly heaven-sent! They not only accommodate my needs, but their response time is IMMPECCABLE! There has not been ONCE, that I have called and there has NOT been a response! I feel confident and reassured that whatever needs I have for the servicing of my yard, they will be followed through with precision and professionalism! Please do not HESITATE in utilizing their services! You will be pleased, grateful, and reassured that the stress of cleaning your outdoor oasis is in the BEST hands of Poop 911!!

I’ve been using this service for more than three years. Great communication. Sometimes the guy misses some places but it happens. Especially if you have small dogs like mine. Overall I’d definitely recommend them and I have…They’re reasonably priced and friendly. If there is a problem the owner will make sure to investigate. Update 5/2023 apparently there is new management or a new owner…whatever is happening is a mess…no one communicates anymore…you expect them on a certain day and they just don’t show up…no calls or anything…no longer seems like a small business…starting to seem like every business around here…uncaring and all about the money…they won’t get anymore of my money…I’ve been scooping my own yard since they don’t show up every week like they say they will… 1/30/24 I haven’t seen or heard from anyone this month. I understand the begin of the month was way too cold, but no one has shown up or communicated to me what’s going on. I live in the city so maybe because they’re in St Charles they don’t want to work in the city and just don’t want to say…idk but it’s very unprofessional.

We've been customers of POOP 911 for almost three years, and have been thrilled with their service! They are very conscientious about communication and ensuring the yard is locked up again behind them. We have them come out twice a week and it's been such a relief to hand this task off.

They did a great job cleaning my yard from my little pug and giant Saint Bernards waste. I only wish they had enough staff to come twice a week because they are fabulous!

Great service and very responsive. I considered having this service for awhile but struggled with paying for it. However so worth it. They do a great job and it just makes my busy life easier. Would recommend. I have 2 large dogs and young kids who like to play in the backyard and now I don’t have to worry about the poop back there!
