I appreciate the technician staying because my neighbor‘s dog tried to run him away, So A big shout out to Poop 911
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in Lewisville can get a little busy, especially when dogs, kids, and weekend plans all share the same space. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in, because we are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we know how quickly a clean yard can turn into one more thing on the to-do list. Lewisville sits in Denton and Dallas counties, and the city puts a real emphasis on parks, trails, and outdoor recreation, so it makes sense that many households want their own yard to stay just as ready for daily use.
In a place with a lot of outdoor activity, recurring cleanup is less about perfection and more about keeping the yard usable. If your family is planning a cookout, letting the kids run around after school, or just trying to give the dog some fresh air before dinner, the little surprises in the grass matter. A pooper scooper service helps keep the lawn cleaner, cuts down on odor, and makes it easier to enjoy the backyard without scanning every step. That is especially helpful when the yard gets heavy use and you do not want cleanup to become a weekend job that keeps getting pushed back.
Lewisville also gives residents plenty of reasons to be outside, from Lake Lewisville and Lewisville Lake Park to the city’s larger park system and green space around LLELA. When people spend more time outside around home, they usually want the same thing from their own yard, a space that is easy to walk through, play in, and relax in.
Our recurring service is built for that routine. We show up on a schedule, take care of the yard work, and help you stay ahead of buildup before it becomes a bigger mess. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easy to get started without adding another project to your week. We focus on the areas that matter most, like the main play space, side yards, fence lines, and any spots your dog keeps returning to. That kind of consistency is what keeps the yard feeling manageable instead of stressful.
In warm Texas weather, odor can build faster than most pet parents expect, and rain can turn yard cleanup into a slippery chore you would rather not do twice. Lewisville homeowners also have busy daily routines, with errands, school runs, and regular trips across town, so it helps to have one task that simply stays handled. Our Lewisville pooper scooper service gives you a cleaner yard, fewer step-in surprises, and more footloose and worry-free time with family and friends outside. If you want a simple, reliable routine that keeps your backyard ready for real life, sign up with POOP 911 and let us keep the cleanup on schedule.

I have used this company for many years. They have been nothing short of amazing. The communication was always fast. Service was consistent, and each time they came I was notified 15 minutes prior to be sure my dogs were put up. Gate was always left locked and shut properly. Overall incredible service and great people. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of this!

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND* We absolutely love Poop 911. My skeptical Mother waited until they left one day and went outside to double check their work and called me to say that she scoured the yard and wasn't able to find one single poop left behind. Bill is so kind over the phone when I have needed to call for anything, exceptional customer service!

Being elderly & having some health complications, I needed to have a pet poop service because I recently inherited my daughter's dog. After investigating, I narrowed it down to two. I called one & they didn't call me back until several days had passed. I called Poop 911 & the owner called me back the same afternoon, earning points in my book. He explained & answered my questions patiently about Poop 911. He & his wife run the company & I liked the fact that it's family owned. I already had a day & time that I hoped to get the service, & he was able to arrange it on a set schedule. I had originally thought I probably could only afford the poop service every 2 weeks on my retirement budget. I was happily surprised to hear the really good rate they offer for every week poop scooping service so that was a real bonus. The owner is friendly & professional & made it so easy to understand how it's set up online. I felt comfortable & relieved in choosing Poop 911. On the first visit, I went out to introduce myself although not expected. The young lady was courteous & friendly, & explained she would close the gate & send me a picture of it. I totally appreciate that. I am so happy with my decision & with the service I get from Poop 911. I highly recommend Poop 911.

Great service. Worth every penny! ***coming back to add that I've used this service for almost 4 years. They're professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We get text notifications and are able to respond to services via text as well. We get notified if the weather is bad and the team needs to reschedule. Emails of each weekly charge, prices are affordable, and yard is always clean. We even fostered a dog and were able to adjust services as needed. Can't say enough good things, and Poop 911 is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Especially that I don't have to go out there after working and commuting, to clean up the yard. Thank you a million times over.

I had the best experience with Poop911. I scheduled a yard clean-up after my 200-pound English Mastiff left many deposits over the last two weeks, as I was unable to clean due to a medical issue. When I came home, Alex, my tech, had made EVERYTHING disappear. Like it had never had a dog, much less a giant dog, leave anything..He made sure I knew he was on his way, tied up the deposit bag so the smell wouldn't float around, threw it away, and latched my gate when he left. I'm so glad I hired Poop911 for my cleanup that I am now going to sign up for the recurring service! Finding a company that over-delivers and under-promises is rare. Poop911 for the win!!!!

I’ve been with this service for about 3 years. I have 2 dogs and a small yard, but when I had my baby, the maintenance became a bit much. Their service was nothing short of amazing. Extremely accommodating! I was always notified the day of my service when they were in the way and they were super flexible if I had last minute cancellations due to the weather.Nigel was normally the person who would come by, but on occ it would be Anthony. Both are amazing and Heather in the office is extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Tuesday was my first experience with Poop 911. Brandon sent a 30 minute heads-up text and a job completed text including a photo of the closed gate. He was in and out before I realized it! Excellent service that I highly recommend.
