Service used to he great with the last technician, but since the new ome took over I've had nothing but issues, including they are relieving themselves in our yard, using the pool to clean off the topls, and not cleaning the destinated areas. Would typically spend less then a minute cleaning. Then spend 20 minutes in the car outside.

I am hoping this will allow me to give zero stars if not I will give one. Since the change in the tech's working for the company it has been nothing but trouble. This week I had to have their tech come out THREE times to totally clear our lawn. The final time I had to literally mark the areas that were not cleaned previously. We finally ended up cancelling the service due to the poor performance

Poop 911 in this area has recently been bought out by new people and the new service is less than lack luster. The old owner and service was great efficient and pleasantly mannered while the new service is less than the exact opposite. I pay for a service of 3 dogs and every single week the quality continues to taper of farther and farther from the high amounts we pay and when we call to have the person come back which they charge us another 2.00 for even tho they didn’t do it correctly the first time they also make u feel like your an inconvenience. I will be looking for a new company and do not reckons this new owner as u can get better quality service for less almost anywhere else.

My first experience with Poop Guy 911 was great. I received Text, email and Phone call letting me know he was om the way. Lazy and had a slew of excuses as to why he couldn't do the job. Claimed he doesn't deal with Cane Corsos or Lab mixes, claimed he does rake customers past Brighton rd in tonawanda (which is literally 2 blocks away). In reality, its a spring cleaning and when he realized it wasn't going to be a quick buck, he refused to work. Go with a local service like K9 Lawn pals who are quick and professional.

I want to preface this by saying I never reviewed anything online before. I booked this service online bc I have 4 very young children and my husband just had surgery. Basically, I needed help with the dog poop in the backyard. I booked the service days in advance, emailed back and forth with John the day of, and then at 3p the day he was supposed to complete the service, John texted a weird long message stating he was cancelling bc he was scared he would get bit by my dog. I have a 25lb terrier mix that is 13 years old. He barks, but has never bitten anyone. In multiple correspondence, I told him that the dog would be inside the entire time he was at my house. I also asked that he let me know when he was on his way so there would be no issues. I responded to the text restating all of this and did not receive a response. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Something that was supposed to help make my life easier just made it 10x harder. I have a lawn service coming tomorrow and now I have clean everything myself after I put my kids (4 under 4) to bed.

EDIT- previous owner did a great job. Current service is terrible. Associate shows up and is here 3 minutes (literally) from car door back to car door. I have two dogs and piles are continuously left. Reached out to owner - not sure if anything will be done to improve service. Honestly the best service I’ve ever paid for. Since re-opening my business post-COVID closures I've been working six 10-12 hr days/week. On my day off I: shop, cook, clean, do laundry and the yard and dog debris, (3 dogs). Something had to give.
