The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting regular dog traffic, the cleanup can go from a quick task to one more thing sitting on the weekend list. That is where our Loudonville branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we built our recurring service around the real mess that shows up after school pickups, errands, and the usual back and forth that keeps a yard busy. In Albany County, even a small stretch of mixed weather can leave grass damp, waste harder to spot, and the whole job more annoying than it should be. Our pet waste removal service helps keep the yard ready for family time without making you spend your own Saturday chasing after it.
Loudonville households often want the backyard to stay usable between the drive on Loudon Road, trips toward Albany, and all the little daily stops that make a week feel full. If your dog uses one favorite corner of the yard, or if kids head outside as soon as they get home, waste builds up fast enough to get in the way of play. Recurring service takes that pressure off. It keeps the grass cleaner, helps cut down on odor, and makes it easier to step outside without doing the scan and dodge routine first. We keep the focus on the parts of the yard that actually get used, like play areas, fence lines, patio edges, and the spots dogs seem to choose every time.
For pet parents near places like Lawson Lake County Park, or for families moving through local errands and school schedules, consistency matters more than a one-time cleanup. A yard can look fine one day and be ready to surprise you the next, especially when rain leaves the ground soft or grass grows quickly enough to hide what is there. That is why regular visits work so well here. They help stay ahead of the buildup before it turns into a bigger job and before the yard starts feeling off limits for pets, kids, or guests. If your routine is to come home, let the dog out, and get dinner moving, the last thing you want is another chore waiting by the back door.
We also know that families use their outdoor space differently through the year. Some weeks are all about quick potty breaks between errands. Other weeks mean more time outside, more guests, and more time on the patio. Our service is built to fit that real pattern. We show up on a recurring schedule, handle the yard cleanup, and make it easier to keep the space feeling ready for everyday life. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it simple to start with a fresh baseline instead of trying to catch up all at once.
That steady routine is the big difference. Instead of waiting until the mess piles up, you get a cleaner yard week after week and fewer step-in surprises when you head outside in a hurry. In a place where families may be moving between home, Albany County destinations, and neighborhood errands, recurring Pet Waste Removal keeps one part of the day simple. It is also a practical way to help reduce odor and keep the yard more comfortable when the weather warms up or when damp ground makes cleanup less pleasant than usual. We handle the dirty part so you can get back to the good part, hanging out with your pets, your people, and your outdoor space.
If you want a convenient, reliable local team that treats your yard with care, we are ready to help. Sign up for recurring service with POOP 911 in Loudonville, New York, and let us keep the cleanup routine simple so your family can spend more quality time outside, footloose and worry-free.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
