The people who come out are super nice and friendly to my dogs. They do a great job.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the backyard is part play space, part dog run, and part after school hangout, poop pickup can get ahead of the rest of the weekend fast. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly the yard can go from “ready for the kids” to “we should have handled that yesterday.” In Loudonville, where daily routines often run along Osborne Road, Loudon Road, and the neighborhoods around Southgate Road, recurring cleanup makes it easier to keep the yard ready for the next round of use.
That matters even more when the grass is growing, the yard is getting regular traffic, and dogs are using the same favorite stretch every day. A lot of pet parents want the same simple outcome, cleaner grass, fewer step-in surprises, and less time spent doing one more chore after errands, school pickup, or dinner. With our recurring Pooper Scooper Service, the first cleanup is free when you sign up, and after that we keep the routine moving so the yard stays usable without you having to think about it.
If your household looks like a parent managing kids and dogs after school, the timing of cleanup matters. You want the yard ready before homework, before friends stop by, and before the dog does another lap around the fence line. We make that easier with a reliable visit schedule that fits real family life. We focus on the parts of the yard that get used the most, like the main play area, side yard access, patios, and the spots dogs return to over and over. That kind of consistency helps reduce odor, keeps the grass cleaner, and makes the space more comfortable for bare feet, backyard games, and everyday pet time.
Loudonville also has the kind of everyday movement that can make a recurring service feel especially practical. Families are often coming and going around Loudonville Elementary and Southgate Elementary, and then back home again to a yard that has already seen a lot of use. When you are juggling school schedules, errands, and a dog that wants out the second you walk in the door, one more outdoor chore can easily slide to the end of the line. We handle the cleanup so you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
If you are ready for a cleaner yard and a simpler weekly routine, we can help. Sign up with the Loudonville POOP 911 team for recurring service, get the first cleanup free, and let us keep the yard in shape so your family can get outside without the mess hanging over the afternoon.

Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Made our toddler’s day because she was able to play outside in the backyard on a nice day! Thank you! And thrilled to have a weekly service.

Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

It took awhile for them to come, but they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. The 1st time is free, hopefully now that I'm paying it'll be just as good & prompt.

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
