We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Keeping a yard clean can feel like a small job until the dog spots the same favorite corner every day and the waste starts building up faster than you expected. For pet parents in Medway, Ohio, POOP 911 makes that routine easier. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we built this service for the real parts of backyard life, like busy weeks, muddy paws, and the wish to enjoy the yard without scanning the grass first.
Our recurring service is a simple way to stay ahead of the mess before it turns into a bigger weekend chore. We handle the regular cleanup so your grass, side yard, fence line, patio, and play area stay more usable for the things that matter, like letting the dog out quickly, keeping kids comfortable outside, or getting the yard ready when friends stop by. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which helps get things back to a clean starting point right away.
In a place like Medway and the surrounding area, pet care has to work around everyday life. That might mean school drop-off, errands, a commute, or a long day that ends with one more quick let-out in the backyard. When cleanup slips for a week or two, waste can hide in taller grass, cling to shaded spots, or become harder to notice after rain or fast growth. Regular visits help keep the yard easier to use and can cut down on odor, step-in surprises, and the kind of buildup that turns a simple yard into one more thing on the to-do list.
We see a lot of value in recurring service for homes with dogs that use the same areas over and over again. A favorite bathroom spot near the fence, a worn path by the gate, or a stretch of lawn where the dog runs after a ball can go from manageable to messy pretty quickly. If your household is trying to keep up with kids, guests, or weekend outdoor time, scheduled poopers scooper services give you one less job to think about. It is an easy way to keep the yard ready for everyday use instead of waiting until the mess has piled up.
That is also why many pet parents in the Medway area like a steady cleanup routine. It helps keep the yard more pleasant between mowings, makes it easier to enjoy time outside with the dog, and supports a cleaner space for family time. If you want a convenient, reliable local team that understands how quickly a yard can go from fine to frustrating, POOP 911 is ready to help. Reach out today to set up recurring service, get the first cleanup free, and enjoy more footloose and worry-free time in your yard.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Client for 8 yrs or more, they have my ph# to call, text or email. My sister's tiny dog visited for a week. They SUSPEND my account because there is a 3rd dog? No call, text, email? Very poor business sense! Looking for another service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

This service is a life saver for busy dog parents! I have a temporary fence up currently and they have had no problem unhooking it to get in my yard to do cleanup. Well worth the money!!!

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.

They show up when they say they will and I have a nice clean yard afterwards. If weather prevents them from coming, e.g. weather, they contact and let me know when they will come.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me $60.00 for the first visit, have only serviced my yard about 4-5 times, tops. They do not remove the waste for you, they leave it on your property. I requested 3 times to have the dog waste left outback instead out front of my house. After the fourth time, I sent an email asking why this simple task had not been completed. The email I had received gave no explanation and said they thought it would be best to close my account. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co worker uses a company that does what you ask the first time and removes waste from your property.
