Great service!!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When dog waste starts piling up in the same side yard, along a fence line, or near the back patio, it turns a good yard into one more thing on the weekend list. That is exactly why our Melrose, Tennessee branch keeps the cleanup part simple. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on the kind of routine help that makes outdoor time feel easier, cleaner, and less stressful.
For many homes in the Melrose area, the challenge is not one big mess. It is the steady buildup that happens when dogs use the same favorite spot every day. Rain, warm weather, and busy family schedules can make it harder to stay ahead of it. Add kids running through the yard, guests coming over, or a patio you actually want to use, and the cleanup can go from minor chore to constant annoyance. Regular service helps keep that from snowballing.
Recurring visits are built for real life. If you are a homeowner preparing for guests, a family using the backyard daily for play time, or a pet parent dealing with repeated muddy paw traffic, the goal is the same, a yard that is ready when you need it. We handle the pet waste cleanup on a schedule, so you do not have to do a full sweep before every cookout, pickup after every rain, or worry about stepping into something while heading out the gate.
That kind of routine matters in places where dogs have a few favorite bathroom spots and do not exactly spread the love evenly across the lawn. It also helps with odor control, especially when the weather stays warm and the grass grows quickly enough to hide missed piles. A consistent cleanup plan keeps the yard more usable for play, more comfortable for hanging out outside, and easier to enjoy without that lingering chore pressure.
We also make the service easy to fit into the way people actually use their homes. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and then we keep coming back on a reliable schedule that matches the pace of your yard. Whether your dog runs the same route from the back door to the fence line or your family uses the patio and grass area every day, regular pickup helps keep that space cleaner for pets, kids, and visiting friends.
If you want less odor, fewer step in surprises, and more usable backyard space in Melrose, Tennessee, POOP 911 is ready to help. Our local team keeps the work straightforward and dependable, so you can spend more time enjoying the yard and less time thinking about what needs scooped before the weekend starts. Reach out today to set up recurring Pet Waste Cleanup and let us help keep your yard footloose and worry free.

I will say Poop911 does a great job on my yard. My puppy is a poop eater so this is a necessity for us. They communicate very well with me and the boss has been great. They mathematically scour the yard so as to not miss anything. I would highly recommend them to all!

Most of the time, I don't even know they've been here until the email they send when they're finished. They are all friendly when we do see them. I wish everyone a blessed holiday.

Having 3 dogs it’s hard to keep up with keeping the yard clean along with everything else the rest of what a normal day brings. Being able to come home to a clean yard is priceless & they also have very reasonable prices 😉

Poop 911 guy riding around my neighborhood this morning driving on the wrong side of the road. When I stopped in the road so we didn't wreck and honked my horn, I got the one finger wave. It was super classy and very professional.

Edit: Within an hour of all of this management called me and essentially echoed my feelings without me prompting anything. The person that I had a problem with is new (very obviously new to customer service in general, in my opinion) and has been corrected. I consider this resolved. I've had this service for a few months. Until today I've been very happy with it. I received a text message stating they couldn't provide the service due to "the amount of snow" in my yard. Nearly all the snow in my yard is gone... When I challenged it the person said it was actually because the ground was frozen, they can't pick up the poop like that, and only at that point told me that I'm not being charged for the visit. If I can do it, the people I'm paying can also do it. I don't know their policies, that should be communicated upfront. I don't know if I'm being charged, that should be communicated upfront. Communication needs to be a priority. Period.
