Absolutely love these guys. They're super easy to use. I never know they're there but my yard's always clean lol. They're very communicative. I only had an issue once were a couple poops were missed and they were more than happy to rectify it. Been using them for 3-4 years now. I don't need to do anything they just come and then charge the card I have on file. It couldn't be easier and could not have anything better to say honestly. With being with them for so long there's only been one price increase which was more than reasonable. Very reasonably priced for two dogs. I think I've met the poop scoopers twice and both times they were very friendly.

Had poop 911 come today (march) after not scooping any of my dogs poop all winter. They cleaned by entire backyard while I wasn’t home, it was like coming home to magic! Was tired of waiting on my husband to clean up the dog poop in the yard so I looked into it thinking it was going to be outrageously expensive but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. Literally the best thing ever!!!!!! $20 a week for me to not even have to think about it! I just wish there was a way to tip them!

Made an appointment for this past Monday and they never called, never showed. Called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail with John. He’s still not returned my call. Needless to say I don’t want to continue pursuing utilizing their services. I’d like at this point to make sure my credit card info I put in when making the appointment is removed from their system. **Edited to reply that I booked from the calendar on their website, which had the 5th open. Perhaps a banner stating you are away, or blocking out the dates you are unavailable in your calendar would be a good practice to avoid confusion in the future. That said, the company was able to reply within 25 minutes to my google review, but never called back when I left a message on John's phone about a missed appointment. Best of luck moving forward!

My wife signed up online and they did call back to schedule an appointment. They called back a couple of days later said they would come the day after the scheduled appointment. It has been 3 weeks since the scheduled appointment and they never showed up, not even a phone call to explain why and or reschedule. Bad business and unprofessional. If a withdrawal comes out of my card, I won’t hesitate to press charges. I would give no stars if I could.
