Wonderful work and very professional as well as personable.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard cleanup has a way of slipping to the bottom of the list, especially when dogs keep using the same favorite spots and the week fills up fast. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we help keep the messy parts of yard time from taking over your routine. For pet parents in Middletown, Ohio, recurring dog waste pickup can make the difference between a yard that feels ready for use and one that keeps getting put off until “later.”
If your household is trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup, the timing can matter just as much as the cleanup itself. A regular service plan helps keep waste from piling up in the grass, along fence lines, near patio edges, or around the spots your dog checks first every time they go out. That means less odor, fewer step-in surprises, and less weekend chore pressure when you would rather be outside with the family. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is simple.
Many customers reach out when they are juggling work, errands, school pickups, or just a busy home schedule and do not want one more job waiting in the yard. In a place like Middletown, Ohio, that kind of routine can make recurring service the easiest way to keep the backyard usable without thinking about it every day. We can help keep high-use areas cleaner, including play zones, side yards, dog runs, and the path from the gate to the patio. When dogs track dirt around after rain or kick up muddy paw prints during wet stretches, regular pickup also helps cut down on the mess that follows them back inside.
We know the value here is not just a cleaner lawn. It is being able to let kids play, let dogs do their business, and still invite people over without doing a last-minute scan for surprises. That is especially helpful when the weather turns mixed and inconsistent, because waste can get hidden in taller grass, spotted after a rain, or missed when a busy week throws off your usual cleanup rhythm. Recurring service keeps the yard more predictable, which is exactly what most pet parents want.
Our service is built for real life. We work around recurring visits, keep the routine steady, and focus on the areas that matter most for everyday yard use. If your dog has a favorite bathroom corner or your fence line tends to collect the same mess week after week, we treat that like part of the job, because it is. That kind of regular attention helps prevent buildup, keeps odors in check, and makes it easier to enjoy the space without wondering what is waiting out there.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.
