Jim has been cleaning our yard for years and he does a great job!!! Thank you!!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When dogs are using the yard every day, little messes add up fast, especially in a place like New Castle where people are out enjoying backyards, trails, and parks so often. That is exactly why our New Castle branch focuses on practical, recurring Pet Waste Cleanup for pet parents who want the yard ready for real life. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we keep the service simple so your grass, patio, and play space stay easier to use.
A weekend cookout can go from relaxed to awkward in a hurry if the yard has not been checked recently. The same goes for busy households that head out on Main Street, run errands near Castle Valley Boulevard, and come home hoping the backyard is ready for kids or dogs to head back outside. Recurring service helps take that chore off the list before it becomes one more thing waiting after work or after a full day around town.
New Castle’s outdoor routine is a real part of daily life, with parks like Alder Park, Bear Dance Park, and Grand River Park giving families plenty of reasons to get outside. That also means the home yard gets plenty of use too. When dogs are coming and going from the house, fence line, side yard, or play area, waste does not stay a minor issue for long. Recurring visits help keep the yard more usable, cut down on odor, and reduce the chance of an unpleasant surprise underfoot.
Weather matters here as well. New Castle’s town information notes dry summer months and a winter season where roads are plowed and snowmelt has to drain properly, which is a good reminder that yard conditions change through the year. A dry spell can make waste more visible but still easy to overlook, while melting snow or a stretch of active backyard play can make cleanup timing more important than ever. For pet parents trying to stay ahead of buildup, steady service is often the easiest way to keep things under control without giving up your weekend.
Our local team keeps the routine convenient and reliable. If your dogs use the same favorite section of the yard, or if you want the patio and play area cleaner before family arrives, recurring visits give you a set rhythm that fits normal life. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can get started without a big upfront hassle. After that, we handle the dirty work on schedule so you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you are ready for a cleaner yard in New Castle, book your recurring service with POOP 911 today and let us help make outdoor time easier.

The 1st 3 appointments went great. The initial free cleaning and then the following 2 appointments all went without any issues and I was very impressed and happy with the service. I was even telling friends and family how great the poop911 service is and starting to refer people to the service. But then the past 2 weeks no one showed up to do the yard and I didn't receive any phone calls or emails stating why they didn't come out. The cleanings were scheduled on my account portal online but no one contacted me and no one showed up. I don't owe any money or anything. I tried calling and I left 2 voicemails so far and still no one has returned my calls. I am having a Barbeque tomorrow and now I have to go out and clean 2 weeks worth of dog poop from my yard because I can't get a hold of anyone at poop911 to even find out what's going on. They need better customer service! I will post an update when I finally hear back but this is unacceptable...

Excellent customer service from national headquarters relating my immediate need to the franchisee handling my rural new home location. He called me the next day and made the trip to my rural property quickly several hours away for yard cleanup before I moved into my just purchased house. The snow had melted and there was a lot of dog droppings from the seller’s dogs. Great experience.

Dan and his crew are the best! They not only seek and search for all the poop in the yard, but they also grab some elk/deer poop as an extra bonus. They are so professional, their communication is outstanding, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

This poop service is the only one in Eagle county, but that’s not why I’d recommend them. I’d recommend them because they show up every week, promptly, regardless of weather, temperature and staff shortages. They do an incredibly thorough job and are friendly, accommodating and responsive. Plus you can pay, book and communicate easily online for all service changes or additions. Fabulous fabulous company. They even mentioned a broken bottle in the yard that they’d meticulously hand picked up to keep my pets and kids safe. Above and beyond kind of service!!!!

POOP 911, figuratively and literally removes the downside of dog ownership! It's a luxury but well worth the upside. They are great communicators of their arrival time and thorough in the removal. I love that it is a family business too. Would highly recommend to anyone.
