Wonderful work and very professional as well as personable.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, dog waste can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. The New Lebanon, Ohio POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the simple goal here, keep the yard clean enough that your dogs, kids, and guests can use it without that nagging worry about what got missed last week. For homes around New Lebanon, recurring dog poop cleanup is a practical way to stay ahead of the mess before it turns into an all-weekend job.
Our Dog Poop Service is built for real routines. If you have one favorite bathroom spot by the fence, a side yard that gets used on the quick let-out, or a patio area that needs to stay cleaner for family time, we focus on the parts of the yard that matter most. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the schedule moving so you do not have to keep checking the grass before everyone heads outside.
Mixed weather and inconsistent cleanup timing can make waste build up in a hurry. A few wet days, a stretch of warmer afternoons, or a week where everyone is busy can be enough to create odors, muddy paw traffic, and those unpleasant step-in surprises nobody wants. That is where recurring service helps. We handle the regular cleanup so the yard stays more usable, the smell stays more manageable, and you spend less time doing a quick scan before letting the dog out.
Pet parents in the New Lebanon area often benefit from recurring service because it fits the way life actually runs. Maybe the dog goes out before work, again after school, and one more time before bed. Maybe guests are coming over and you want the backyard ready. Maybe you just want a cleaner play area without having to remember one more outdoor chore. That is exactly what this service is for, reliable help that keeps up with the pace of a normal household.
We also make the routine simple on our end. Recurring visits are convenient, consistent, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. We show up to do the cleanup work so you can get back to grilling, playing fetch, or sitting outside with the family footloose and worry-free. If you are ready for cleaner grass, fewer step-in surprises, and less weekend chore pressure, sign up for recurring POOP 911 service in New Lebanon, Ohio and let us help keep your yard ready for everyday life.

Very happy with the service - the first appointment, the technician mixed up our address and ended up cleaning the neighbor's yard. I called to explain what happened and another representative came over the same day to service our yard. They are great at communicating when a service day will change due to severe weather and would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping up with some of the 'less desirable' aspects of having fur kids. :)

Having the same technician every week makes a huge difference! They really know our yard and always spot the hidden places where the dogs like to go that we usually miss. Our tech goes above and beyond every single visit. I always have complete peace of mind knowing our yard is 100% poop-free whenever Joshua comes. Highly recommend POOP 911!

Client for 8 yrs or more, they have my ph# to call, text or email. My sister's tiny dog visited for a week. They SUSPEND my account because there is a 3rd dog? No call, text, email? Very poor business sense! Looking for another service.

Why didn’t I do this sooner? There have only been a couple of necessary cancellations due to heavy snow where my gate wouldn’t open. When I expressed concerns about my gate, the company was great with helping do a workable solution consistently for the safety of my hounds! Good consistent service!

This team really makes pet ownership fun and easy! They are extremely affordable and very thorough. I had some issues during signing up that were I think related to the website and not this actual location that were very easily solved via email. Corey and Rachel exceed at communication and I find anytime we’ve needed to contact them to be efficient and easy. 10/10 interactions with truly no notes.

Poop 911 is great! I have them come out every two weeks but they are very flexible and can surely meet whatever needs you have. They communicate any changes well and are always very responsive. They offer other services as well as poop removal. The prices are good and I have always been satisfied with the service.

This service is a life saver for busy dog parents! I have a temporary fence up currently and they have had no problem unhooking it to get in my yard to do cleanup. Well worth the money!!!

The entire process of establishing service through to my first poop removal was very easy. Rachael, the co-owner, reached out and explain the process. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Tom, the technician that visited our home, was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how our backyard looks.

I do not recommend this company. They charged me $60.00 for the first visit, have only serviced my yard about 4-5 times, tops. They do not remove the waste for you, they leave it on your property. I requested 3 times to have the dog waste left outback instead out front of my house. After the fourth time, I sent an email asking why this simple task had not been completed. The email I had received gave no explanation and said they thought it would be best to close my account. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co worker uses a company that does what you ask the first time and removes waste from your property.
